This is such a fascinating look behind the curtain at awards! Going through these pictures, it looks like RCG made the following choices for their season 10 Emmy FYC:

The main cast are all listed to be considered for an Outstanding Supporting Actor/Actress nomination

For Outstanding Writing, Charlie Work by Charlie, Glenn and Rob

For Outstanding Directing, they picked Charlie Work, Psycho Pete Returns and Ass Kickers United: Mac and Charlie Join a Cult

I have so many thoughts and questions!

Does the Emmy FYC presentation contain just the Charlie Work DVD as shown in the pictures above? I wanna assume they'll have sent in Psycho Pete and the Cult episode too, so there might have been more DVDs not shown here... (@endangeredtang confirmed that the Emmy DVDs do not cover whole seasons, and typically contain fewer episodes than the press kit DVDs)

Why Supporting Actor nominations instead of Lead? Aren't they all playing main characters?

Do they only get to send in a limited number of episodes of writing and directing? And why have they sent in 1 for writing and 3 for directing? I'd imagine writing is Sunny's stronger suit of the two, right?

I completely understand the choice of Charlie Work in both categories, and I guess Psycho Pete Returns is fine though I think there are other much better episodes in S10, but why the fuck would they suggest Ass Kickers United??? That's such a mid episode by Sunny standards. Why not The Gang Beats Boggs or The Gang Misses The Boat or something else?!

Because I'm procrastinating, I've also decided to look up the actual Emmy nominations to see how they stack up against IASIP S10. The season aired in the period covered by the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards, which were held in 2015. See here:
