see this is a more complicated question than you think because when you look at them side by side they are all muppets, in the end. but also some may be ghosts. and some may have telekenesis powers. some may do elaborate stunts nothing could survive. and some of them really are just little guys. this is a title that probably requires actual powerscaling

for now i give you uhhhh. big mean carl. i've been watching muppets abc and muppets tonight and he's been a really good side character so far. his primary bit is he eats people but he's actually really nice otherwise.
