Inspired by my experience last night: whumpee who can't sleep.

No matter what they try, they just can't get comfortable, tossing and turning for hours and hours, wracked with boredom but too exhausted to do anything but keep trying to sleep. They long to open their eyes after another failed attempt and see light coming in through the windows, because it means they don't have to keep trying fruitlessly, but it seems like it just never comes.

And of course the next day they're just exhausted
