So, when I say that I am chronically ill, when I say that I’m upset that I lost “only a couple pounds”, when I say that I have nutritional deficiencies, when I say that I have SIBO, IBS, leaky gut (which are arguable one umbrella)... this is the shit that can happen. It’s almost always more than “just a few pounds”. I was about 125lbs in early December. It is now January 15. This will get better, I can and will gain it back.
