Thank you so much, and I'm so sorry for the delay! I kind of forgot about this blog until really recently, when I ran into some ShuuenPro cosplayers at an anime convention haha. Here are some general headcanons for our fave resident rumor maker!

General Dating HCs for A-ya (GN!)

First off, please prepare yourself to hear some outlandish shit about yourself. You thought just because you're dating A-ya, he'll spare you from his mischief? LOL. If anything, it might be even more annoying. A-ya loves your reactions, but at least it's never anything serious!

Also, uhhhh, GL with C-ta lmfao. He's acting sweet, but if you can see through that facade, it's game on. He is not having it.

Bring it to A-ya's attention, he'll probably brush it off as C-ta being C-ta, so long as the brunet doesn't do anything sus.

Dates are going to be super lowkey. He gets weird vibes at his own house a lot, so he'll probably be over at your place rather his own. Expect movie marathons going late into the next day.

Probably a fan of the terrible B-rated movies. I'm talking Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Critters, Rubber, The Gingerdead Man... Bonus points if you still get scared. He thinks it's cute.

Please help A-ya get a healthier sleep schedule. He needs it.

NOT a fan of PDA. Like, at all. He's more than happy to give affection in private, though! Might hold your hand or allow you to lean on him during club activities, but that's really about it.

Not super possessive, either. Out of the five Occult Club members, he's probably the most chill S/O, almost tying with E-noru.

When the game is going on, he's going to be worrying over you and wanting to stay at your house. It may be the first time you see him worried, honestly.

A-ya's... Not super expressive. You'll have to learn to read between the lines with his words and actions. He does care for you, but doesn't always express it well.

If you two sleep together, he is not a big cuddler in bed. Chances are, he's going to be up wayyy longer than you, anyways, but he's okay with holding your hand as you sleep. He just needs his space when he's sleeping himself.

In general, not a super cuddly boy, but will give you cuddles in private if you pester him enough.

In terms of the type of S/O A-ya might prefer, definitely somebody who reacts well to his shenanigans. He finds your reactions interesting, as long as it's not too dramatic, because then it just gives him a headache.

Would like a chill S/O, and probably doesn't care whether you're introverted or extroverted so long as you don't force him out of his comfort zone.

Love language is quality time and acts of service. He's not good at gift giving, clearly not affectionate, and his words tend to be barbed. Probably loves receiving quality time and words of affirmation though :)

It’s okay!  I honestly thought this fandom was deader than the characters in the series so I’m really happy to see that’s not the case!  Makes me want to redo my ShuuenPro cosplays again, haha!  Anyways, one set of headcanons coming right up! <3 Also, the lack of C-na pictures, gifs, and overall content makes me so sad RIP.  I fucking love my nerdy gal.

C-na with a Gamer!S/O

This otaku would be LIVING first off.  Somebody else who shares in somewhat nerdy hobbies?  YES.

I feel like C-na is somewhat of a gamer herself, but only for horror games, especially JRPGs.  Ib, Crooked Man, Misao - those kinds of games.

Just imagine - a night at C-na’s mansion, cuddling with each other while you play games and she reads one of her occult manga.

C-na is a generally antisocial and reserved person, but I feel like if you share her hobbies she’d come out of that shell real quick.

Just be careful to not let gaming interfere with school!  C-na’s grades are already absolutely abysmal, she doesn’t need to be sidetracked anymore lol.

Considering she’s from a very well-off family, she’d probably gift you with top grade stuff.  A new gaming P.C., newer consoles, games.

If you want to play non-horror games with her, she’d probably grumble just a bit but ultimately give in and join you.

If you rage while playing games, she might get a bit annoyed and be like “You’re too loud” or something, lol.

She hates it when E-ki calls her C.C., but certainly wouldn’t mind if you did it.  Not that she’d admit it.

If you cosplay from any games you play, C-na would probably be in heaven.  And then try to get you to cosplay from her favorite games - ya know, because she’s curious, not for any other ulterior motives, of course.

She’d be super supportive if you were a famous streamer on Twitch or Youtube.  She wouldn’t want to be in your videos no matter how much you ask, but she’d be super proud of you for taking something you love and making a living off of it!

The two of you - the otaku and the gamer.  God, somebody else needs to check in on you two every now and then considering both of you could spend hours upon hours with each other just playing games and reading Junji Ito works.

Overall, as long as you’re not a rager or super obnoxious (considering C-na wouldn’t like somebody too loud, most likely), a gamer!s/o would be one of the perfect fits for a recluse like C-na!

D-ne headcanons for a s/o girlfriend who likes cosplay 🥺🥺

D-ne With a Cosplayer Girlfriend

So first, D-ne would be 100% supportive, hands down - after all, you look super cute as is, but dressed up as your favorite characters and seeming happy?  Yeah, D-ne loves that.

As somebody who sort of lacks her own sense of identity, she’d want to cosplay with you no matter what, even if she doesn’t know the series or characters.  She just wants to be like you with you!

D-ne is definitely the type of person though to look down on other’s cosplays.  She views you as the best and can sometimes be extremely rude and disrespectful to other cosplayers, especially if they talk to you for too long or are cosplaying the same character as her.

“Oh, they’re cosplaying XXX like you!  But this is wrong, and that’s wrong - you’re just so much better, sweetie!”

You’re going to have to talk to her about maybe not being a dick to other cosplayers and to at least try and not be condescending.

With D-ne’s blunt personality, she’d probably let you know immediately if you’re having a wardrobe/wig malfunction or if your makeup is smudging.  She’ll say it super bluntly and matter-of-factly.

So many compliments.  So so so many compliments.

If you’re in any cosplay groups, she’ll join so she can be by you buuuut probably won’t befriend anybody else.  She’s never been a people person, and nobody else is worth her time.  She won’t convince you to stop hanging out with them, but she’ll be super clingy 24/7.

Couple cosplays and couple cosplay photoshoots are DEFINITELY going to be a thing.

At first, D-ne will just cosplay whoever you want to/want her to.  Eventually, she’ll try and branch out into her own things, get excited over characters, and beg you to cosplay with her.  How can you say ‘no’ when it’s so rare to see her excited like this?!

D-ne may get just as into cosplay as you, but she’ll never be active in the community.  To her, everybody is lesser than you two - and cosplaying may make that superiority worse.

All in all, D-ne would be neutral about it first, just going along with it because that’s what you’re doing, but might actually be into it in the end!  Just don’t expect her to make any friends in the community lol.
