Today is the 32nd anniversary of Freddie Mercury’s death…

But today is also the 10th anniversary of the episode of Family Guy where Brian dies, called “Life of Brian.” I saw it on TV and I cried. I remember all the outrage it caused, even though I didn’t mind Vinny that much. But I still missed Brian. Some guy got a tattoo of him, I wonder how he feels about it now.

Fast forward 2 weeks and Seth brings Brian back. And now he’s an asshole. Family Guy is dysfunctional now. The whole episode of Brian dying is stupid anyway. He’s survived getting shot several times, being burned alive, and being shredded. But a hit by a car is what kills him?
