|| 昨夜 || :: the GENBU was already seeing red by the time she had found her lover in the middle of a hoard of demons. she didn’t realize that one of the higher ranked demons had found out about her relationship with the fellow DEMON HUNTER, and it was clever enough to track her scent to the other in order to set up an ambush. when the words came to her, the black warrior rushed to the scene, her weapon ready and she was already BARING HER FANGS in anger.

                they weren’t just demons ... but other hunters aiming for the same PREY.

                “ DON’T JOKE WITH ME --- !!!! ” a scream, bellowing throughout the area as though it was a warning shot. but no --- she wasn’t warning anymore. the minute they landed a hand on HIM, there was no more logic to be discussed in this situation. hand drew her KATANA swiftly, and she cut through the group of hunters towards the wounded male. crimson clung to the iron of her blade, while some splattered over her cheeks.

                “ --- humans or not ... if they hurt you, i’m not going to sit by. ” she growled, fingers tightening her grip upon her TRUSTED WEAPON. she wasn’t allowed to kill humans, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t hurt them for harming someone important to her. her POWER was awakened, and the GENBU TATTOO glowed brightly at her back, shining underneath her cloth as she shifted to offensive stance, her katana at ready.

                “ i’ll make them regret ever touching what’s mine. ”

ALWAYS LOOKING OUT for others, but hardly herself, it was felt wonderful when someone looked out for her. the gesture warmed her cheeks, a tender smile danced along her lips as grateful eyes lingered over at him for a moment, before shying away the next. she felt a little bashful but accepted the offered jacket gleefully. ‘kyaaah!~~~ such a gentleman! that would make any girl’s heart go aflutter.’

“th--thank you, takeshi-san. that’s very considerate of you, i really appreciate it.” words with genuine gratitude, coupled with a dash of shyness as she carefully slipped on the jacket. ‘uwaaah~~ so big but... so warm. ahh, this feels so nice. but.. i--is this really okay?’ little considered gaze shifted to takeshi for a moment, it seemed that he wasn’t at all bothered by the gesture or was cold, which brought some relief to mitsuri. the smile on her face became warmer, gentler as a more confident, jovial gaze was on him now. the grip around the jacket tightened as she clutched it to her frame. this really was so nice!

“i’ll be sure to return the favor by cooking your favorite dish, takeshi-san. i won’t forget!”

(If I had to say, it would be the Super Smash Bros. RP fandom. Although I do have a Smash Bros. verse for my own avatar/MU here, I feel like I don’t have the right to enter in said rpc, for I am not the default Corrin/Kamui. If I was roleplaying said default however, then that becomes a possibility for me. I dunno, I’ve been active in the FE RPC and in the past, the Pandora Hearts RPC, though with the years having gone by, I feel more intimidated to step into new waters.

That, and I don’t really have much confidence in suddenly appearing as a custom!Corrin in a Smash Bros universe, where everybody sees the character as Corrin/Kamui.)

─「エウルア」─  the LAWRENCE HEIR was on her way back from the most recent expedition to the north. the trip itself wasn't too taxing, however, the battles and the mission proved to be quite challenging. their intel regarding the rise of the ABYSS ORDER activity turned into a full-fledge infiltration and confrontation. while none of her team members had sustained lethal injuries, she sent them back to their homes to see their loved ones and ensured them she would be the one handling all the reports.

                that was when a letter was delivered to her. dual-colored hues blinked slightly at the unfamiliar handwriting, as gloved digits traced over the words written. each inked word seemed to bring a certain rise of warmth to her cheeks. the way he described their little time together made her heart jump a little.

                " million butterflies. it was ... just coffee. how embarrassing. " that, however, wasn't a COMPLAINT. the knight captain was simply unfamiliar with such compliment over something so simple. and, knowing him, she knew he wasn't exaggerating, either. she could even imagine the smile he'd have on his lips if she mentioned it to him.

                she was clearing her throat, rubbing over her mouth with her gloved hand for a bit. this guy. how could he write or say something this shameless with a straight face ? folding the letter and putting it back into the envelop, the aristocrat thinned her lips slightly.

                maybe ... another outing wouldn't be too bad, right ? if he came to find her again, that is.

|| 昨夜 || :: the AFFECTIONATE gesture caught the genbu a little off-guard. the usual stoic and composed black warrior couldn’t help her cheeks tinting with a shade of pink. she didn’t hear him coming in, but certainly he was the ONLY one she would allow to get this close with her. not to mention that it had been a while since they last seen each other. a slight skip of heartbeat as she tried to hide the small blush and kept it from spreading.

─「エウルア」─  the LAWRENCE HEIR was taken by surprised at the application. if anything, there weren't many who would be willing to get involved with her given the reputation of her family name. he was one of that selected few who didn't allow her past to define her, so his presence had been more than welcomed. the words written did bring a small smile upon her lips, however. dual-colored hues then looked to the side.

                " you're a weird one. i told you that associating with me would bring you bad reputation, didn't i ? not that you listen to me warning. " despite saying that, she did feel a sense of warmth rising from within. he was a forward and honest one, and working with him had been pleasant. a small pause, as a hint of pink dusted her cheek.

                " i suppose ... indulging in someone's company for the day wouldn't sound so bad, if you'd have me. "

|| 昨夜 || :: “ — you really are such an idiot … ” despite her words sounding like a SCOLDING, the genbu knew that he’d realize the tone she carried and how soft her eyes were when she looked at him. the wound was deep, while it wasn’t LETHAL, it did render her unable to move for a while until she could regain back her magical powers. so she laid there, head on his lap and staring up at him.

              “ don’t make that face … you came for me, didn’t you ? ” hand weakly reached out, fingertips brushed gently over his cheek and unintentionally smudged slight red from her digits onto his skin. damn … now she was making a mess.

              “ i’m not going to die so easily … so for now … just … stay for bit, alright ? ” she still couldn’t GET UP right away, the blood was starting to slow at least and she breathed calmly, allowing her bloodied katana to lay there next to her. with him here, she didn’t think she needed her WEAPON right now.

                he was here, after all — that’s all that matters.
