I like it more than ShuMako, aka Akira x Makoto, but that’s about it. I know there’s an entire soundtrack decided to Joker meeting Ann in the rain but nothing came out of that. Like why have a OST dedicated to this pairing and not follow up on it. Even her confidant link doesn’t even mention this. For example, ‘hey did you hear that romantic music start when we looked into each other’s eyes that one time? Nope! Just stop thinking about things!’. So for the most part, it’s okay and it’s something that I don’t really ship that much. Mostly up to people’s portrayal of Ann might sway me in a more favorable way but that’s about it.
