Today I:
-did a bunch of great freewriting that clarified some of my thoughts re The Book
-spent almost 2 hours filling out intake forms for a fancy vet for Lulu and it was very intense but I feel very accomplished and hopeful
-am going to wind down before bed with some fic and then a little yoga
