Ngl, not just Mihawk. All characters are a bit underwhelming in comparison with what they could've actually done? And it is not even the cast's fault because I genuinely believe the casting is wonderful and they did an amazing job. I just have big issues with the directing and script of this show-- Anyway, not to be that person but even if the constant navy scenes were tiring, Kobymeppo really was the best portrayal. My beloveds in every way in every scene in every second. But the rest of the characters always seemed to lack something.
