This is a shoulder stretch I learned at a Parkour Generations workshop One of the many future workshops I shall be attending because at my age what is most important is the movement of the body and learning how the body parts move. So many people with shoulder injuries are afraid to move the joint because it hurts. . . Believe me ... I understand . . Here’s the thing, you have to get past your emotions and TRY to begin to move the joint a little .. . Gain some confidence little by little so you can build the muscles back around the joint to protect it.. . Sure your joint might always be compromised but if you get the muscles strong again they can take the force of another accident and possibly save you from real aggressive damage. .
