Sutekh clinging to the TARDIS all this time is SO funny considering what the TARDIS has been through since then
Jack Harkness and Sutekh clinging to the TARDIS at the same time
When the TARDIS got all bighuge on Trenzalore?
When the TARDIS was exploding for an entire season?
When the Doctor was in the confession dial for billions of years, and also when Eleven stayed on that one planet for thousands of years. Sutekh just waiting in the same spot with nothing to do lmao
All the times the TARDIS got shot at, or dropped in lava, or crashed into things, etc
And the many times the Doctor's enemies scanned the TARDIS with much more advanced sensors than UNIT has!
Were they all just like "well thats none of my business" or what
Or as my friend @cakesandfail suggested: Maybe they all saw Sutekh and he was just there shaking his head and going "shh it's a surprise!"
#feel free to add your own funniest mental images to the list#Just. Sutekh must have got shot at SO much during that time#dw#dw spoilers#empire of death#the legend of ruby sunday#nuwho#sutekh#sutekh the destroyer#fifteen#doctor who#doctor who spoilers#myposts

Look I ain't gonna doubt RTD's claim that S15 Ruby will have PTSD but like, the way S14 didn't do a good job actually showing Ruby's reactions to the shit she goes through and therefore, show the development of PTSD over time....
#like people listing the shit she went through yeah okay#we know that#BUT THE SHOW DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB WITH RUBY REACTING TO EACH ONE#she got shot yes but was it about rubys reaction? no it was about the doctors#she doesnt even remember 73 yards so#i think closest shes got is uh rogue#but even then shes the one who willingly put herself in that danger without telling the doctor#so like????#it could be sutekh but like AGAIN WE DONT SEE ANY REACTIONS FROM RUBY#CAUSE WE GOTTA SPEED ALONG TO THE PLOT#like this is the issue with not having character moments now in DW#shit like this happens

I am so obsessed with this niche thing of 'Sutekh's adventures on the TARDIS'
Here are some if my favourites:
Daleks shooting at him
Being called a Bad Wolf
The TARDIS as a woman
In Clara's purse
Meeting with Jack
Being stolen by River
Waiting for a shit ton of years while Ruby was getting old
The TARDIS being duplicated
The TARDIS getting destroyed
Three times in one room
Getting bombed with energy in Cardiff every few years
Being stored in multiple schools for a while
Traveling to another universe
Almost getting sucked into a black hole
Being shaken around by angels
Being stolen by the Master
Put in the living room of some roman guy
In flames a couple of times (Regenerations)
The reimaining of the universe
Transalore
Shot by Robin Hood
Not sure what happened to the tardis in the two billion years the Doctor was in the confession thingie
Seeing a TARDIS without him on it and probably being confused
Every time the TARDIS just p!ssed off whenever there was danger.
The Flux
The Doctor and Rogue
I also kinda imagine Sutekh kinda just enjoying the drama and just eating metaphorical popcorn and watching it as a sitcom.

so, looking at the sutekh / tardis dynamic of "two unbound entities, evolving and engulfing the other at the same time in infinite, impossible ways" and also "seducing" and also "constant indigestion" from literally ingesting death...

Anyone else hope that, at some point leading up to/during the climax of next week's episode, when tensions reach their inevitably painful heights, we'll get a cutaway to whatever unrelated chaos or completely oblivious moment 14 and Donna are having?
I mean, come on. Not only would it be the perfect way to dissolve some of the tension with humor, but it could explain away any issues the fandom has with 14 and Donna not showing up, despite Rose, 15, the entire planet, and the TARDIS itself being involved (with all signs indicating that Sutekh had latched on prior to 15 doubling The TARDIS) with a single 30 second shot if RTD played his cards right.

Alright so I’ve been looking for people who could possibly be the person that picked up the Master’s tooth in The Giggle.
So far I’ve only found two people who have reddish nails. The first person is Susan Triad and she would be a convincing choice given her connection to Sutekh however her nails are closer to brown rather than red and they’re a different shape. She has the motive but not the right nails.
The only other person I’ve found with red nails is Kate Stewart. Hers definitely fit more closely with the one that picked up the tooth but I’m not entirely sure why she would do it.
This is the first one I could find which was in The Giggle.
Next she’s wearing them again in 73 Yards.
She also has them in her latest appearance in The Legend of Ruby Sunday.
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the show keeps having her nails be in the shot in multiple episodes of it wasn’t her. The scene in which the tooth was picked up was kind of sinister so I’d expect someone with malicious intentions to pick it up rather than Kate but those look like her nails.

*slams head into marble counter top, causing cups to fall onto the floor with the sheer amount of force*
I HAD A THOUGHT. POSSIBLY EVEN A THEORY.
or im just late as hell to the party
Spoiler Warning for Episode 7 of Murder Drones Below
ALRIGHT! Now I KNOW this shit is going to sound kinda crazy but STICK WITH ME HERE PLEASE-
I was just wondering around YouTube and I got this video made by @sutekh94 (sorry if you didn’t wanna be pinged Sutekh, if you’d like i can take the @ out) suggested to me. I watched it cause I like to see what other people say about the cringy media I consume rapidly.
youtube
At one point in the video, Sutekh is talking about the end shot of Uzi being in sppaaaaace saying that she was “shot into Copper-9s orbit”. I paused the video and looked at the clip on screen which was this BEAUTIFUL scene. Absolutely stunning.
Now at the end of the new episode I had a brain thought that this could be an outside shot of Copper-9, but then I found that too odd. However, seeing someone else say it has me looking into stuff. So I went through all the times we’ve seen Copper-9 within the series and found that yes, this very much is Copper-9 and Uzi stuck on its orbit:
highlighted circle is of the Little Rock’s orbiting Copper-9 that bump into Uzi
We can see the rock orbits, the space between Copper-9 and the (possible) moons it has. The Saturn moon being close up in the first angle we see from the first episode, but it being far away in the newest episode. This shows the distance and that despite being seen as farther away now, the Saturn moon is still the one we see so commonly in MD during the night.
But I was confused why it was like this? Why would it lead to the planets orbit? I understand the planet has a massive hole in it, but still it seemed like an odd occurrence.
Now- this is where I start sounding like I should never be let outside in public spaces-
Before we see this final scene of Uzi in spaaaacee, we watch The Solver/Fleshaa/Cyn go down that exact same hole saying: “honestly, I’m starving.”
It also references eating earlier on in the episode when talking to N: “Let’s eat.”
The Solver/Fleshaa/Cyn came to Copper-9 to initially get rid of other solver users that it knew of (Uzi and Doll), as well as find the cross with the patched code in it. First it destroyed all possible evidence involving the solver and the patch (scene where it explodes the computers and lockers in episode 7).
Secondly, it goes after Doll. Doll was against the Solver because she refused for it to use her to “eat the planet”, to which Flesha says, “not sure it needs you buddy”, then killing her.
Next it went for Uzi. It was originally going to kill Uzi acting as Tessa, however when N decapitated her that was no longer an option. Instead, it shifted into using Uzis body. At this point, she also has acquired the cross thanks to N. It goes ahead and destroys that too, checking another box off the list.
The Solver then went to kill N but was stopped by Nori, causing there to be a new target added to its hit list. In the fight with Nori and N, the Solver shows little respect for Uzis body. On multiple occasions it try’s to get Uzi killed. It knew N would try to stop this from happening, but even if he didn’t save Uzi, that would still be a win for the Solver.
It then try’s to eat Nori, wanting to get rid of her as quickly as possible since she poses the most threat to its plan. It’s interpreted by N and then loses control over Uzi. However, Uzi then proceeded to PUNT her mom down the flesh hole, resulting in Nori to be checked off the hit list as well since she would be assumed to be dead.
With Nori, Doll and the cross/patch gone and Uzi no longer under its control, the Solver retreats back into its Flesha form, surprise attacking N and Uzi. I would assume that the Solver doesn’t perceive either of these traumatized goobers to be a threat, seeing as it try’s to kill the pair but ultimately fails.
With all other players out of the field, The Solver no longer has anyone it deems as a threat. Dropping down the hole in victory and into Copper-9s orbit.
The Solver as we have seen eats oil, drone cores and human flesh and blood. With all human life (possibly) being wiped out entirely by being eaten, the Solver is starving. The next best option: drones.
Copper-9s current residents are only drones. Specifically worker drones who have no weaponry or Solver powers. The drones have governance over themselves (aka, sentient), so the Solver can’t just brainwash or order them into being eaten. So it plans to do it in one big final swoop.
It has been said on multiple occasions throughout the show: eating the planet, eating worlds, etc. but i (personally) never thought of that being an actual possibility. With the Solver/Flesha/Cyn in the orbit of Copper-9 and all possible obstacles taken care of, it is free to gorge itself on the drone inhabited planet, finally satisfying its endless hunger.
I would think it would do this by creating a NULL void, as the endless void/black hole can be acquainted with the idea of a always starving being. Something that can never be full. Never satisfied. We see this with earth and the core of Copper-9. We can also see this in the other times we have seen the NULL void appearing: a flash back in episode 4, killing the Sentinels in episode 6, it being in the sky in episode 7 during the murder drone apocalypse and probably a bunch of other times I didn’t write down.
The Solver didn’t get to fully eat Copper-9 all those decades ago, but now it’s come to finish its meal.
If this has already been a known thing and im joining in late, i profusely apologize for wasting both your time and my own.
As for a motive for The Solver doing this: to eat. It isn’t fighting for the freedom of drone kind or fighting against humanity because of the way they treated the AI they created, but rather uses drones as vessels and a food source. Often, Eldritch beings have little reason to care for anything. They do what they please and it’s horrifying because there is absolutely no way to deter this force or even try to talk it down. It’s above emotion and morality. It is all that matters and those beneath are seen as nothing but insignificant animals to yield to its power. It doesn’t want to dominate or rule a universe, it just wants to consume it.

did anyone else notice, when mrs Flood was doing her ominous thing, and then there was the shot of the storm coming in, the storm followed pretty much exactly the curve of the Thames? one side of the Thames was stormy and the other clear as day
and UNIT headquarters was on the side of the Thames without the storm. and Egyptian mythology in which one side of the river is for death stuff and the other for living. and Sutekh being an Egyptian god, sort of

Reasons why I believe The One Who Waits/Sutekh/Death is actually Ringo Starr:
1. They didn't give Ringo a full shot in The Devil's Chord. Because they knew he was to powerful to be seen and the possibility of describing the indescribable terrified them.
2. The Toymaker feared to play with The One Who Waits because he was too powerful. Ringo is the God of children's songs. And children's song can influence and manipulate how the games are played to some extent. Therefore, Ringo can control the Toymaker in some way, making it impossible to win for the Toymaker, therefore explaining his fear.
3. One of the Beatles songs written by Ringo is called Octopus's Garden. And that phrase can mean cemetery in British slang. Cemetery represents death. So Ringo has a connection with Death.
4. Ringo's appearance hasn't aged since 1963. This means he can hold back and control death. Only the Death can do that. And based on what we discovered in (3.), it is entirely feasible to assume that Ringo is Death itself.
5. Sutekh's redesigned appearance resembles a dog. And Paul McCartney wrote a song about dog in The Devil's Chord and in real life. Based on Paul and Ringo's close relationship, I therefore assume that Paul is Ringo's harbinger.
6. ALL HAIL RINGO STARR, THE LORD OF DARKNESS AND SUBMARINES AND GARDENS

Genuinely though, who could Mrs Flood actually be? “Always hiding myself away” is definitely a relevant line.
What do we know: She can see the cameras. While hiding she still has her memories and can recognise a TARDIS. She is keeping around the Sundays. Is first seen after Ruby gets off a bus. Asks “Isn’t it your birthday, love?” to Ruby but doesn’t wish her a happy one. She is trusted enough to keep an eye on Cherry. She has arguments with the neighbour even when she knows the problem isn’t his fault. Fit - runs. Sat outside her house with blanket on lap, watching the TARDIS - not waiting for the Doctor to come out but Ruby to go in and leaves as soon as she does. Is secretly holding something in her hand and this is the best glimpse:
Looks like a notebook with those metal-edge things perhaps? It’s hidden in the blanket the rest of the time, this is the only shot of it I can see. She puts it down along with the blanket. (Trainspotter?)
She is given an absolutely banger theme.
However she is not particularly nice and sweet to Cherry, who when saying she wants a cup of tea is told “well we don’t always get what we want”. Didn’t say please admittedly. Cherry is supposed to take tablets which just the mention thereof seems concerning. She is aware what is going on with Sutekh and status as The One Who Waits. Refers to them as a storm ala the Doctor. But isn’t interfering just watching.
Instinctively with all that fourth wall breaking, you do kind of have to jump to Iris Wildthyme. Who has been sketchy before admittedly, though the vibes seem a little riskier here, and she’s not much of a planner - like the Doctor just bimbling around in her smaller on the inside bus, usually off her tits. We have seen the bus around and they’re still using one for their promos and at the release events.
But what alternatives are there? The Master is very accounted for (and can’t imagine her even claiming to do fun runs) but Missy energy is ok. The Rani is opposite vibes (if you’ve not seen Classic Who, Tecteun but the Doctor’s schoolmate instead of mother). Romana is definitely more on the regal end and Mrs Flood feels scrappy. River isn’t being a dick to an old woman. Nor Susan. None of the classic/audio Time Lords feel fitting. None of the Higher Powers like Omega or Rassilon. Clara can’t regenerate and while bitch (affectionate) feel like an old woman who’s relying on her is at worst getting ignored, though is closest vibe wise and with the collar, but crucially is technically-dead-but-moving and wasn’t given regenerations.
Genuinely who else even feels vaguely like they fit the bill? I feel like I can’t even differential diagnose her.
If she’s unknown Pantheon, why would she even need to hide?

The TARDIS cannot be only feeding off Ruby.
For one, it fully solidifies as Mel turns to face it directly as if she is also remembering the TARDIS as much as she can
For two, how many easter eggs are in that TARDIS that Ruby knows nothing about? The clothing I could reason away as things she'd encountered in their trips to the wardrobes in the TARDIS but the different consoles?
Are we meant to believe Ruby has explored so much of the TARDIS she's seen other console rooms when the Doctor didn't know they'd been backed up in 'the Doctor's Wife'? Or has seen enough artifacts of his other adventures to recognise one of the masks the clockwork drones used when he met Madame De Pompadour? (noticed it on a shelf in one of the shots)
Nope, not believing it when she hadn't had regeneration explained and the Doctor didn't even clarify the 4th Doctor was him when she called him the man with the hair.
And it's not feeding just off Ruby and Mel either, see clockwork droid mask, an adventure only the Doctor from the characters present would remember.
that Memory TARDIS was built on everyone's memories including, probably, it's own. Because Sutekh and the TARDIS appear before they leave and much as people are joking that the TARDIS liked Sutekh I don't believe that. I think it just doesn't care that much about him, until he threatens the Doctor and then even if it's just lending memories to an illusion memory TARDIS, it's going to help the Doctor escape and wait to learn the plan its timelord comes up with.

if the curator doesn't appear in empire of death i will genuinely be surprised . he is a version of tom baker as the doctor . tom baker who was the doctor during sutekh's first appearance . there is scenes in empire of death (as told by promo shots) that look like the museum from day of the doctor . it's probably one of the last chances to get tom baker back onscreen before he passes away (he's ninety) . & generally . it'd just fit . really well .

The NEXT TIME trailer also shows a hooded figure on an alien world with an orange sky. So it could be another red herring - you're meant to think of Gallifrey, but it's actually ((whatever next week is))
Yeah, this one right?:
It is a stand out shot isn't it. I'm guessing this is actually on Earth, or at least another planet Sutekh attacks, based on the dust and dead trees. I doubt that's Susan Twist in-shot though.
It's not the brightest orange sky, but I guess I could see the 'orange skies' actually referencing atmospheres filled with dust?
My other initial thought was that it could be the planet/moon from Boom, but tbh looking back at it, it doesn't have the most orange-y skies either. It's got those hues, but the sky is clearly dominated by aurora and the bodies in the sky.
Idk, I'm not really convinced at the moment. I'm sure it is a red herring, at least from a writing perspective, because of the Susan connection like I posted, but I feel at this point like it might not actually be referencing anything specific...
