Sometimes you have to learn to let things go...opportunities, material possessions, relationships...it happens. 💁🏼‍♀️ You gotta’ pull up your big girl panties and move on. ✨ But HAIR? I tell ya, that one is freaking hard! 😩😫😭😜😆😉 Truth be told, lately I am really missing my long, thick, healthy hair! Waaaaahhhh! Right after this first pic (and many of these pics) from @ipinkhas’ wedding when my #hairgamewasstrong, I got the bright—NO—make that the DARK idea 😈....muahaha...to go to #theDARKside! 🙋🏻‍♀️Then I almost immediately regretted it 🙅🏻‍♀️ and wanted my honey blonde back! We transitioned through the reddish brown with highlights which I actually like, back to blonde. This is not healthy for our hair, and neither is wearing it in a ponytail day in and day out nor sweating in it constantly as I do daily. ✨ I go through these #ineedachangeinmylife phases and cycles, and I’ve literally repeated this same pattern before. Light➡️Dark➡️Cut it short➡️get mad at myself for ruining my hair and frustrated and impatient it won’t grow. Yes, it’s ridiculous, and no I don’t know why I do it either. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Lol #iliketobedifficult. Now my hair follows suit, I suppose. 🙄 ✨ I know it takes time, but it’s been TWO YEARS. It’s growing. I see my regrowth every 4 weeks, but where da heck is the length going? 🤷🏼‍♀️😩 My ends aren’t split. I take tons of vitamins including biotin. I eat my veggies and protein. I deep condition. I use protein masks. Whyyy isn’t it getting longer??! Am I just getting too old? I know I’m impatient. Is someone cutting it in my sleep? WHAT’S YOUR BEST HAIR GROWING SECRET? PLEASE SHARE!
