Ppl who act like taking religions as universal & (ironically) god-given moral categories where the Christians are inherently the bad ones rly come to strange conclusions around Armenians, in the exceptional case where they're thought of at all
#shocking that something that isnt class analysis but for historically specific reasons maps to class analysis in the majority of cases#isnt actually class analysis#national identity & religious identity arent usually cleanly extricable#you have to judge it based off of criteria you would use for other national questions#using those criteria - you can still come to the same conclusions you did before 98% of the time!
