Tengo el hc de que shikabane(shirogane)estaba enamorada de ryoma(rocma),pero él la rechazo,no porque no le gustará,era porque ella era demasiado debil tanto física como emocional y ryoma sabía que una relación entre los dos sólo terminaría causándole daño(cierta orca acosadora tampoco estaria NADA FELIZ con su relacion)

The next chapter will have a drawing! I was planning to upload it in this chapter, but I'm practicing since it's my first time drawing two characters interacting in the same illustration. I'm improving my anatomy (plus, I sometimes try out new techniques and study art concepts to get better). Since my art school requires me to draw on paper, I always have to create the drawing on paper first and then transfer it to digital, which takes me more time.

And I won’t lie, while I was writing this, I was listening to a playlist titled “pov you had a gacha phase,” and it brought back a lot of nostalgia.

You stand still for a moment, gazing into the starry void in front of you as your thoughts intertwine, trying to make a decision. With your arms crossed over your chest and your head slightly tilted, you feel the weight of the choice before you. Which world should you go to? It’s not an easy decision. Up until now, all the places you’ve visited belonged to the human species—diverse worlds, but with one thing in common: each of them was inhabited by some variation of humanity. This time, however, you are about to venture into the unknown, to explore a world completely different, a place where you have no prior reference.

You know that eventually, you’ll visit every corner of the cosmos that catches your attention, but this first stop is special. The place you choose now will mark the beginning of a new chapter in your possibly immortal life—one where you won’t just be a silent observer, but an active participant in the life of the world you choose. This time, you won’t just be watching from afar, but you’ll be able to interact with the inhabitants, feel their energy, learn their customs, and that thought fills you with excitement. You've longed to experience this direct connection with other living beings, not just analyze them from a distance, but become part, even if only briefly, of their realities.

Your eyes scan the vast possibilities stretching out before you. Worlds twinkling like distant jewels in the immensity of space. "Uh... this one is full of suns," you think, a faint smile forming on your lips. "Maybe I'll visit it later... too hot to start with." Your gaze moves to another world, but the sight of chaos and destruction on its surface makes you frown. "This one looks... disastrous. Not yet." You continue mentally exploring your options, discarding worlds one by one. Some too strange, others perhaps too peaceful for what you're seeking at the moment. "This one’s full of rainbows and clouds... but maybe I’ll save it for the end, a good final destination for closing the cycle of tourism."

One by one, the potential destinations are eliminated, until finally, something catches your attention. It’s not an entire world, but a specific place on one of them: a snow-covered island. Its image materializes in your mind with dazzling clarity. Pure white snow blankets the landscape, and the deep blue sea surrounds the island in perfect contrast. It’s small, yes, but that’s precisely what makes it the ideal starting point. It draws you in in a way you can’t ignore, as if something on that cold, solitary island is waiting for you.

You close your eyes for a moment, keeping your arms crossed, breathing deeply. You know it’s not an easy decision. Every place has its own magic, its own charm, but it's done. You’ve chosen. "I’ll go to that island first," you say softly, sealing the pact with yourself. It’s not large, but it has everything you need to begin this new chapter. It’s a perfect place for first contact, to test your interaction skills with the beings that inhabit it, and to finally explore something beyond passive observation.

Without wasting time, you start walking toward them with light but energetic steps. You feel the crunch of the snow beneath your feet, soft yet constant, like an echo resonating in the vast silence around you. As you approach, a few meters away, you come to an abrupt stop. What you see in front of you fills you with a mix of surprise and unease. You don’t know much about social interactions, but your intuition clearly tells you that what’s happening here is not right.

One of the individuals, a man with black hair and an aggressive demeanor, has a cigarette wedged between his lips. With one hand, he is violently gripping the white, fluffy tail of the other figure, who is lying in the snow, clearly desperate. The trapped individual has strange features, as if not entirely human. His white hair contrasts with the blood dripping from his forehead, staining the pure snow beneath him a vibrant red. He clutches at the frozen ground, gasping, pleading, as tears mixed with blood stream down his face, trying in vain to free himself.

The panic you feel at the violent scene hits you hard. You take a small step back, almost instinctively, as if your body wants to pull away from the horror you’re witnessing. But something inside you hardens. The fear doesn’t last long, and your gaze sharpens. You’re not going to let this injustice continue before your eyes. Without thinking any further, you rush toward the black-haired man with determination.

"Take this!" you shout, spinning on your heel to gather force in your leg, delivering a swift and direct kick aimed at his stomach. The aggressor wasn’t expecting anyone to intervene, and though you manage to catch him off guard, he’s quick enough to dodge your attack at the last second, stepping back slightly. However, your intervention succeeds in one crucial way: the man releases the boy’s tail, allowing him to break free from the hold.

The black-haired man looks at you with a twisted smile, his dark eyes gleaming with a mix of amusement and danger. With an unsettling calm, he pulls the cigarette from his lips, holding it between two fingers, and gives you a once-over.

"Oh, what do we have here?" he mutters, his words laced with a chilling malice. His grin reveals uneven, sharp teeth that don’t seem entirely human. His expression tells you that this isn’t over, that you may have just stepped into something far more dangerous than you anticipated.

You decide there’s no time for a prolonged confrontation. Your priority is getting the boy to safety. You spin on your heels and start running, feeling his tears fall faster as you pick up speed. The cold winter air bites at your face, but you don’t stop. Despite his weakened state, the boy clings to you tightly, his arms wrapped around your neck, his ragged breathing a constant companion as you run. The image you create as you carry him through the snow is reminiscent of those fairytale clichés, where the knight rescues the damsel in distress. But this time, you are the knight.

Before you know it, your hurried steps bring you to what seems to be a small village. As you approach, the landscape subtly changes: modest, scattered houses, some of them resembling igloos. The village looks peaceful, almost frozen in time, like one of those perfect postcards depicting an eternal winter. But the calm is only an illusion; your frantic pace and the urgency of the moment shatter that stillness.

The boy in your arms, still pale and trembling, weakly raises one of his hands, urgently pointing toward one of the houses. It’s a small structure with a sign at the entrance, but before he can explain anything, you act. There’s no time for clarification. You decide this must be the place he means and burst through the door, pushing it open with such force that the sound echoes in the quiet space.

Inside, you find yourself in what looks like a small room resembling an improvised clinic. The air is warmer than outside, but the atmosphere retains that cold, austere touch typical of an icy place. Next to the door, seated at a modest wooden desk, a figure startles visibly at your unexpected and noisy entrance. His features catch your attention immediately: he’s clearly not human, with large owl-like eyes that swivel in your direction with almost inhuman speed.

As you release his hands, Yukisada turns to put away the materials he had used to treat Shirogane. However, when he turns back to you, he’s met with a scene he hadn’t anticipated: you’ve gotten too close to Shirogane, leaning over him with curiosity as your fingers play with his soft, fluffy white ears. Despite Shiro’s evident discomfort, you continue to touch his ears with a completely carefree attitude.

“Are you some kind of puppy?” you ask, utterly fascinated by the soft texture of his ears, as if you couldn’t resist the urge to touch them.

Shirogane blinks several times, still reeling from the emotional impact of the earlier encounter and now from your sudden invasion of his personal space. His tears, still present, pause for a moment as he processes your question. And then, his expression changes. His brow furrows visibly as the reality of your comment sinks in.

“I’m an arctic wolf!”

I am interested to see how Shiro from Ice Scream would be as a yandere… Tbh I think I’ve never seen a x reader content of him

You ask and you shall receive! Though, now that you mentioned it, yeah, Shiro tends to get a bit overshadowed huh. Poor guy, he deserves some love too!

🤍 It's no secret that Shirogane is Iceberg Isle's resident coward and punching bag.

🤍 It seems that life just decided to deal him the worst hand possible. He barely ever gets a break.

🤍 And so, above anything else, Shirogane is just desperate for someone to be kind to him.

🤍 Sure, he seeks refuge in Yukisada, his old friend and only resident who actually respects him, but it never seems to be enough.

🤍 The owl comforts and defends Shirogane from the others to the best of his abilities, but the wolf always ends up back at his door bloodied or crying. Or both. 

🤍 Everyone else is busy either bullying him or straight up trying to kill him. There's usually not much of an in-between for poor Shirogane.

🤍 That's why your kindness towards him is so, so important. All it would take is a series of events where you show that you're friendly and care enough, and it's done. Basically irreversible.

🤍 He gets attached.

🤍 It all started so innocently too, with you just wanting to help.

🤍 You found him crying, curled up in his cape in a dark corner of the Isle. You had no idea who he was, being new to this place and ignorant to the dynamics of its residents. But you felt so bad for him.

🤍 You tried to offer your help, despite him nearly screaming until passing out when he first noticed your presence. He had never seen you before and was fully expecting you to just start tearing him apart, either verbally or physically, much to your horrified surprise.

🤍 And so that's where the previously mentioned series of events started.

🤍 You simply thought you made a new friend. But Shirogane became convinced he found his saviour.

🤍 He starts following you around, curious towards everything you do. Literally like a lost puppy.

🤍 It doesn't matter if he started to get accused of being a stalker by the other residents, another insult to the ever growing list. He needs to be near you, it makes him feel safer. And he sucks at being discreet either way, so you'll very quickly become aware of how he barely ever leaves your general vicinity.

🤍 Though if you even just show a small sign of finding it annoying, he'll immediately run to hide away from you. He'll later be found sulking at the bottom of an ice cave somewhere.

🤍 But he always finds his way back to you.

🤍 He'll try to do anything you ask of him, too. Despite him having no particular talents and somehow managing to screw up even the most basic of tasks.

🤍 He might deny it at first, saying that there's no point in him trying or that he doesn't mind. But his wagging tail betrays him. And then he'll spend hours on it if need be. It's actually kind of impressive, how the results always end up lackluster no matter how long he spends on it. But he's trying!

🤍 He so badly wants to impress you, somehow. And he tends to go on self-deprecating rants whenever he fails. To you, himself or even Yukisada or whoever is around to hear. By this point everyone knows he's embarrassingly obsessed with you.

🤍 Which just turns into yet another point for the others to tease him about.

🤍 Except for Yukisada, of course, who thinks you two are adorable. He's always happy to welcome you into his shared home with Shiro, so unbelievably glad (and relieved) that his friend has finally found someone that cares for him.

🤍 He definitely adds fuel to the fire of Shirogane's obsession, even if unintentionally sometimes. He kinda just... Turns a blind eye to the obvious red flags of Shiro's behaviour, not wanting to ruin the fragile happiness of his friend. He thinks he deserves it, these moments of comfort.

🤍 He might even help him out with keeping an eye on you, though covertly. Always inviting you over to the point you might as well live with them, always nudging you towards his friend through friendly suggestions, always making sure the others don't try to tell you anything that will turn you against the wolf, just so you won't make poor Shiro sad. Yukisada is just so sweet, surely you'll listen to him, right?

🤍 But all of this time spent around Shirogane is going to turn into an even bigger problem for you.

🤍 Because you being his favorite immediately puts you in a vulnerable position.

🤍 Now you're a target too. And no one else makes that so apparent like the orca who decided to make Shirogane's life a living nightmare.

🤍 When Idate finds out about you, your life might as well have become hell on earth. As if dealing with Shirogane's obsessive clinginess wasn't enough, now there's a gleefully violent man who decided to make torturing you a new pastime of his.

🤍 It's the perfect kind of fun for you three to share, the orca thinks. He loves massacring Shirogane and Shirogane loves you, what a match made in heaven! 

🤍 He already had gotten around to tormenting Yukisada due to his involvement with the wolf, but you're Shiro's brand new emotional support, how fun will his reactions be while the orca tears you apart!

🤍 Shirogane is way too weak to keep you safe, so it usually falls onto you to be the protector. If you have any fight in you, that is, because if you're on the less violently inclined side, then both of you'll end up in a bloody pulp quite often.

🤍 But he tries, oh does he try to save you. He hates seeing you in the hands of that orca, or the hands of anyone else for that matter.

🤍 Sometimes, he finds the courage. He grows a spine and fights back, surprisingly violently and surprisingly proficient with a harpoon gun you didn't even know he had.

🤍 It doesn't usually end well for either of you. Or any third party involved. 

🤍 He does always manage to drag you and him both back to Yukisada for help, though. And whenever he doesn't, he's dragging your beaten body into one of the dark ice caves he usually hides in, curling himself around you and hiding you both with his cape. And he'll stay like that, clinging to you, for hours. There always seems to be the sound of crying echoing from those caves.

🤍 In moments where he's feeling particularly desperate, or when the fear of you leaving starts to make him even more irrational than usual, Shirogane will also use his status as a victim to keep you with him, using your compassion for him. And while he doesn't necessarily need to play the victim most of the time, as it already happens without much of his input, he'll double down on it if "necessary".

🤍 He'll guilt trip you, basically. Crying and hysterical, saying that he'll surely die without you. Everyone else hates him and wants him dead, but not you, right...? He might even walk into situations where he knows he’ll end up hurt, because that’s how this all started, so that means you’ll be back to fussing over him as soon as he’s hurt, right?

🤍 Although all of this is awful... Shirogane can't help but kind of revel in it, in you basically being stuck with him. Of your only escape from your newfound hell being him.

🤍 He does feel bad about it, sometimes. There are moments where he won't stop berating himself, saying he's horrible, that he doesn't deserve you. That he doesn't deserve anything. It's all his fault and he can't do anything about it. He can't do anything useful, after all.

🤍 But the cycle continues. And he's not letting you go, he'll never stop digging his claws into the only respite he has from this self-made hell.

🤍 And you know what they say. Misery loves company.

Can I get a request for Yukisada x Shirogane x Rocma

Honestly, I love this little crew and I'm so happy to write about them more.

Yukisada double, no triple checked to make sure everything was going to be alright for both of his partners that night. Rocma wasn’t hard to please, and neither was Shirogane, but the two of them together sometimes caused a few issues. With the orca being missing at the moment, Yukisada thought it would be a good time to have both of them over for dinner. He was finally settling down as he heard a loud knock on his door, causing him to jump slightly. 

He scolded himself for being so easily startled while he hurried over to open the door. He was greeted with Rocma and Shirogane, the two of them standing  next to one another, having arrived at the same time. Rocma hesitated for a moment before she nervously handed over the flowers she had in her hand. “...I found these on my patrol and thought you would like them.” She half mumbled everything, walking in quickly as Shirogane smiled softly.

“Even though Idate hasn’t shown up for awhile now, she still does patrols…” He kissed Yuki softly before stepping in himself.

“Neither of you know when that bastard is going to show back up.” She huffed before taking off her coat. It was warm enough in the igloo that she didn’t need all the extra layers that she usually adorned.

“Well, we all appreciate how much you care about the berg.” Yukisada laughed softly, trotting towards the kitchen to fetch a vase to put the flowers in. “And these flowers are beautiful, thank you Rocma!��� The two boys only had a moment to catch the blush that rushed to her cheeks before she huffed and sat down.

“How have you two been?” Rocma asked while looking back, blinking a bit in surprise as Shirogane sat down next to her, his tail wagging.

“With Idate gone I’ve been able to do a lot of fishing. A lot of the stores around the berg are now super full and we don’t have to worry too much about when Idate comes back.” Shirogane’s tail was wagging strongly, Rocma smirking.

“That’s going to confuse the shit outta him when he comes back and he doesn’t have an easy target. Good job.” She paused for a moment before leaning over and kissing Shirogane’s head, the wolf’s tail only wagging more. “What about you Yuki?”

“Well, just like Shirogane, I’ve been able to really stock up on medicinal herbs and the like. So when he comes back I’ll be a lot more prepared to help everyone out if he picks on them. Or if you get into a fight with him.” Yukisada chuckled a bit, coming out and sitting on the other side of Rocma. “...At the end of the day I can’t help but feel at least a little sad for him.” Rocma scoffed at this, but she could see that Shirogane had a bit of the same look. 

“You two seriously can’t actually feel bad for that dumb whale, do you?” She asked, shaking her head in mild disbelief.

“We do.” Shirogane noddedhis head a bit, before putting a smile back onto his face. “Okay enough work talk, it’s date night for the three of us. And I’m excited to dig into whatever Yuki made for us.”

Yuki giggled a bit and nodded, standing up again to go get everyone’s plates. He wasn’t the only one standing for long, the group heading into the kitchen to all eat. While life was tough on the berg, the three of them made it work.

I’ll be talking about Canon x Canon ships for Funamusea/Deep Sea Prisoner in this post, and I’ll temporarily tag “canon/canon ship” as a general tag along with the names of the ships I’m specifically mentioning. If you don’t want to hear about them feel free to blacklist! Everything will be under the cut:

Tbh the more I think about Tatsumiya x Rocma, the more I really like it and can see it working. For example Rocma’s strong, tough nature could be attractive to Tatsumiya, and Rocma could appreciate Tatsumiya’s kind, gentle, but strong personality. They’re both kinda like mother-figures and can connect that way as well.

They’d most likely be together before Shirogane and Yukisada get together. I kinda see Shirogane and Yukisada as the main characters of Ice Scream and since they get along so well they can develop feelings for one another, but are too shy to admit it (Especially Shirogane). The climax of my Ice Scream/WATGBS story would include their love confessions to each other!

I’ve mentioned this before but I also think that Ivlis x Rieta and Sal x Mikotsu are better than the canon relationships. They’re still evil and antagonists, but with those ships they can actually bond, have emotional support, and overall have great potential for development.

Shirogane Wanyamon > Gabumon > Wolfmon (Lobomon) > Garummon (KendoGarurumon) > MetalGarurumon X

explanation: my motif for this line was wolves, weapons and armour, i chose Gabumon for his quiet and timid personality that matches Shirogane's, the line then goes to a more heroic, warrior route to compliment the rare times Shirogane acts bravely, when he wants to defend his friends (like in the deleted Ice Scream comic in which he saves Rocma and in that one image where he shot Idate with his harpoon gun), speaking of harpoon gun, because of that the final form is MetalGarurumon X, a Digimon with quite a lot of firepower, and why the X-antibody variant and not the normal one... because i think MetalGarurumon X looks cooler.

Yukisada

Poromon > Hawkmon > Owlmon > HippoGriffomon > Valdurmon

explanation: most of these lines are kinda hard to explain, specially this one, i just felt they went well with Yukisada's personality and design. Hawkmon is described as acting calm, cool and collected, i think Yukisada would enjoy having a calm friend to be with, Hawkmon could help him with taking care of people (specially Shiro) and the two could relax reading books and cooking. Owlmon because DUH and then Hippogriffomon to transition to the more mythical and angelic ending of the line, which caps off with Valdurmon, a mythical, holy bird Digimon.

Rocma

Hiyamon > Bearmon > Yukidarumon (Frigimon) > Blizzarmon > Marsmon

explanation: this one is a little bit easier to explain, Rocma is the most fighting capable inhabitant of Iceberg Isle (besides Idate) and is the only one who can actually keep up a fight with the orca, because of this, i made the line be themed with two concepts in mind, Bears (or artic mammals in general) and fighting, this is why the line starts with Bearmon, which then digivolves into Yukidarumon, a bear-looking snowman Digimon that can use it's freezing fists as an attack, then Yukidarumon digivolves into Blizzarmon, loosing the bear motif but keeping the artic mammal and warrior motif, and then finishing the line off with Marsmon, one of the members of the Olympos XII, know for his well-versed skills in combat technique, specially wrestling.

Peraco

i forgot the in-training/baby II form lol > Penmon > Chackmon > DaiPenmon > FrosVelgrmon

explanation: pretty easy to explain, penguins or other icy birds, starts with Penmon which then digivolves to Chackmon (because i couldn't find any good champion/adult level Digimon that matched the theme and i wanted to keep the whole "artic" motif going on...) then to DaiPenmon, and finally FrosVelgrmon, which is not a penguin but it is an ice-themed bird Digimon, so it fits.

Mafuyu

Pukamon > Gomamon > Ikkakumon > Zudomon > Vikemon

explanation: seals, just seals... and pinnipeds in general, it's the default Gomamon line, it just fits, they're both adorable, and also the visual of seeing this adorable seal girl with a gigantic walrus, a giant hammer-wielding monster and a viking furry is simply hilarious.

Rock

Pinomon > Falcomon > Diatrymon > Vulturemon > Gundramon

explanation: Pinomon and Falcomon have similar eyebr... i mean, "decorative feathers" and also because Falcomon's and Rock's personalities are similar, Diatrymon because it's Falcomon's default digivolution and i couldn't find another Digimon that could work (there's probably one, but i myself couldn't find it), then Vulturemon, adding firearms to the line's motif, because Rock is sometimes drawn with a gun (like on his official website artwork right there) and then we take that firearm motif to the most logical conclusion and end the line with Gundramon, the giant fucking Mechagodzilla-like Digimon that has more guns than the average USA redneck.

Idate

Bubbmon > Otamamon > Orcamon > MarinDevimon > ChaosSeadramon

explanation: this one was tough to make, i knew Idate had to have Orcamon, it was too obvious not to be in the line, MarinDevimon was also pretty easy come up with, Idate is quite the sadistic bastard and in-lore also has demon blood in his veins, so a ocean-themed demon Digimon was pretty obvious, the mega/ultimate level was tough, i decided to go with the pretty obscure ChaosSeadramon, to keep the whole evil/demonic motif going on. the in-training/Baby II and Rookie/Child one where tough, in the end i couldn't find any that would work nicely, so i had to choose something that would "kinda" fit, emphasis on those quotation marks, that's why i ended up setting with Bubbmon to Otamamon.

and that's it for now, i enjoyed making these lines, but it was pretty tough to put into written words why i chose each Digimon for each Character, some of these just came up because i thought "hey, that kinda fits"... so yeah, hope you guys enjoyed it, maybe i'll make another one later down the line, who knows.

So, I have been thinking, what about yandere yukisada x a reader who is very similar to shirogane but more shy and self depricating?

now Yukisada has not one, but two deadweights creatures in his house to show some care to. oh boy!

you know, what would cause Yukisada to develop obsessively affectionate feelings? he doesn't smother Shirogane, he feeds him hot chocolate and acts as his pseudo-therapist, but that's where that ends. so I think reader would have to be, like, physically frail. not like Shirogane, who could be strong if he wasn't cowardly...

imagine reader being a human, maybe a marine/arctic biologist. maybe your ship malfunctions and you're unable to get back home, or maybe you're enjoying your time there on the isle too much, doing more than just studying. DSP answered a question "would Idate ever try to eat a human?" with a "he chooses things based on his mood." in that regard, Idate would definitely try to maim and rip you to pieces, should he ever get his hands on you. and this would cause the snowy owl to be a worrywart on that front. your injuries don't heal like his do. painful as it is, he can have an arm ripped off; it would grow back eventually. but you... Yukisada comes to realize how fragile you are....

Yukisada wouldn't try to confine you to his house unlike so many other yanderes. but he would try to convince you to stay inside. there are wild predators out there. what if you got caught in a snowstorm? what if the waves are too strong and you drowned while sailing? he isn't manipulative (he doesn't even know how to be, he's too sweet for that), but more kind of... overbearing.

(a side note, he definitely admires your accomplishments, your intellect, and can't fathom your self-deprecation and why you would think lowly of yourself. he doesn't mind you being shy, but understands you might be overwhelmed by the more dominant personalities around the Iceberg Isle.)

Shriogane didn’t know what she saw in him. He was a good for nothing coward, yet here she was, still by his side, and even inviting him into her home.

“Shiro?” Yuki gently nudged him to get his attention back. He jumped, but smiled, gently pulling her close. The two of them had been cuddling and watching a show. “Have you even been paying any attention?”

“No, I’m sorry.” He laughed a bit as she pouted. “I was just… thinking of how lucky I am.” That got her to blush some, so he kept going. “I’ve done some stupid stuff and you’ve always had my back.”

“Shiro,” She mumbled softly, slowly hiding her face. He gently pried her hands away however, to plant a soft kiss on her face.

“Yuki, I love you. I’m sorry I’ve brought you into so much danger. I swear I’ll keep you safe from now on.” His face was serious and Yuki knew he wasn’t lying.

“Then you have to promise me something else then.”

“What…?”

“Stop going into Idate’s territory, even if it looks like he’s not there. I don’t care if you’re a coward. I’d rather you be safe than brave.” Shiro blinked slightly and then nodded, leaning in and kissing Yuki. She was a bit surprised since this was  more forward than he had ever been before. She quickly returned his affection however, and it wasn’t long before  they were both breathless. She had found herself pulled onto his lap at some point and they both stared at each other. They both waited for the other to make a move.

Eventually, Yuki was the one that moved first. She climbed off of Shiro, and grabbed his hand. He followed her to the bedroom where she kissed him again. “I love you too Shiro…I don’t mind being the brave one between us.”
