Football report no.1: I’ve lived here for a long time but I have never been to a professional football game. I was lucky enough to experience it all! Right from tailgating to the finish! It was such an unique culture that I got to experience; they all got together right from the morning, HUGE party, finish it up before the game(trash gets picked up by the parking lot maintenance!), watch and enjoy the game, and walk right back to the parking lot(now just the cars), and go home! The military precision of setting up the whole thing, grill, table, bench, fold-out chairs, AND TV casting from a computer/phone showing different games of the day, all of that was impeccable!!! It was done in less than 10minutes. CRAZY. This could have been his worst birthday ever. We had plans to have a birthday get-together but we literally did NOTHING. Thanks to… COVID. (Well, he brought it first.) But not Pookie! Last week she asked me several times to teach her how to crochet. I literally only told her how to do chain, and the very basic step. I didn’t even tell her how to finish off, so that’s why you see all the ends sticking out. She just tied knots at the end. And here it is! A improvised-crochet birthday gift for her daddy. Um… hanging out with an Insta savvy friend @tokyo_fancy means plenty of pictures of me🥸. It was quite embarrassing at first, but I got used to it after a while.
