It was something Mickey did not expect to receive from THE infamous leader of Brooklyn. He could not help the wide grin forming on his lips after Spot had kissed him. Was he simply dreaming? Or lost in his imagination yet again? He had to admit, he thought about kissing him himself once or twice, but it just seemed unbelievable that someone like the toughest newsie would be interested in someone like him, a vaudeville performer who occasionally dances in dames’ clothing to make an audience laugh. 

“Oh boy… ” He uttered, lost for words for a moment as he still could not fathom what just happened. “Did you mean to do that or are ya drunk?”
