Name: Holly Donna Katherine Reed (as Ben still wouldn’t go by his father’s last name).  Gender: Female General Appearance: Long hair that is mixed shades of brown, big round hazel eyes, nose shaped like her father with much of her facial features resembling her mother.  Personality: Intelligent, clever, witty, stubborn, learned to be a smart ass from her father, a social butterfly, always curious and up for a challenge.  Special Talents: Though she is only one third vampire, the vampiric blood in her veins still grants her supernatural abilities. She’s fast, agile, strong, and has very keen eyes and ears.  Who they like better: Benjamin - he unapologetically spoils her....perhaps a little too much oops. Who they take after more: A mix of both  Personal Head canon: From the moment Hailey’s pregnancy was announced, Benjamin already had a name chosen should their child be a girl: Holly was a name that Ben’s mother would have given to her son had he been born a female, or perhaps if she had given birth to a daughter as her second child. It was her favorite girl’s name, and one that Ben always had in the back of his mind should he ever be gifted with the blessing that was a child (something he highly doubted would happen to him...until he met Hailey, that is). Hailey’s pregnancy was a bit difficult, with the expectant mother falling ill quite often - it wasn’t certain whether or not this was a natural occurrence given it was her first child or if it had something to do with the baby being a vampire, even a third of one. Hailey’s sickness had Ben paranoid, and also wondering if his own mother experienced the same when she was pregnant with him...Had he made his mother suffer so much even before he was born? Was he making Hailey suffer - yet again? He rarely, if ever, voiced his concerns to Hailey - not wanting to put any more stress on her. 

Reluctantly, and even more so unconsciously, Ben turned to his father; sure, the snarky attitude and ‘intense dislike’ for Ethan hadn’t completely disappeared, but even Ben couldn’t deny that since having no other choice in turning for his father for help to control the blood thirst some time before...a bond had indeed formed between the estranged father and son, albeit one that still needed much more time to develop. And yet, even with the passive aggressiveness from his son, Ethan managed to calm Benjamin’s fears - a little bit. One would even dare to say that the little blessing that was this child was the true reason Ethan and his son had grown as close as they were - no one could doubt that the pureblood vampire didn’t already love his unborn grandchild, and absolutely could not wait to take up the role of ‘Grandpa’. And, as a matter of fact, it would be Ethan to be the one to hold a newborn Holly first, after aiding his nurse-trained maid in delivering the child when Hailey went into labor at the mansion. A home birth had been decided, mostly because of the fact that Ben couldn’t be trusted in to be in a hospital surrounded by potential victims should something go wrong (and that was completely the father-to-be’s idea). After an intense labor that lasted for almost 8 hours, Ethan took care of cleaning and wrapping up his granddaughter before proudly passing her off to his son. One look into his little girl’s face was all it took for Benjamin to fall completely head over heels in love with her. He didn’t hold her for very long, as he wanted Hailey - his strong and incredible beloved - to meet their precious gift at last. 

Hours after Holly’s birth, after Hailey got some much needed rest, while holding their child together in a loving family embrace, Benjamin pulled a ring out of his pocket and asked Hailey to marry him.  Face Claim: Liana Liberato
