yes it is. i would not be holding my breath for a second season lmao

that said! i actually enjoyed the hell out of this. it wasn't anything special really, just some good mindless fun. out of all the recent gimmicky adventurer fantasy series, this was one of the more consistently enjoyable ones to me

as if often the case my main gripe with the premise is the old man in this series is not even that old. wasn't he like. thirty-two? christ. he's not even middle aged he'd just aged

but that aside, the characters were pretty entertaining and the fights were pretty fun to watch. i'd worried at first that it would just be episode after episode of this super op guy not realizing he's op, but luckily the series didn't beat that horse to death. i feel like they played into that gag while it was still funny, then moved on when it was time

tl;dr not like high art or anything but not a bad way to kill time
