*Paneer capsicum* Recipe Ingredients: Oil, pinch of asafoetida, 4 cloves garlic (mashed), 1" ginger, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 medium sized onions (sliced), 1 green chilli, 2 medium tomatoes (chopped), 3 medium capsicum (cubes), 200g Paneer (cubes), 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp sabzi masala (optional), 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, coriander leaves. Method: 1. In a kadhai add some mustard oil and let the smoke be out. Now add heeng to it to crackle. Then add cumin seeds to splutter. 2. Add mashed ginger-garlic and let it leave it's aroma. Add sliced onions and chopped green chilli and let the onions be translucent. 3. Now add chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 2-3 mins on slow flame. Then add dry spices like turmeric powder, coriander powder, sabzi masala, salt. Mix it all well and let it cook on slow flame for another 2 mins. 4. Now add cubes of capsicum to the mix and leave it to cook for 20 mins so that capsicum gets soft. Keep stirring in between. 5. Once done add paneer cubes and mix it all well. Let it cook for another 5 mins on slow flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
