Is it an IBS flare, mild food poisoning, or the influx of fucking fiber I've been inhaling bc I don't have any "acceptable" snacks atm?
#it's like 85% the last one agdgdgggd bc I've been eating whole sunflower seeds (i know i KNOW you dont eat the shells but i meticulously#chew them into a tiny fine paste to help break them down and prevent my intestines being skewered)#and cheerios like crazy bc we dont have any other 'yes' snacks atm#i mean we have chips and that's a yes snack but it's not an enthusiastic yes snack like these :(#by yes food i mean autistic yes safe food list not yes in a safe for my body list shdgdggd fuck that shit i have to eat something body so#shh sgdgdddg anwyays i be shitting#marquilla
