The intern has a hard time minding her impulses when it comes to the birds and I am so happy the rooster alarmed and ran at her for grabbing one of the ducks. She's barely spent any time with them and must think that because I can, she can. Like. No. I've been fostering this relationship for 6 months now over the course of 40 hr work weeks and only just got truly friendly with the chickens. I hand raised five of the ducks. She's been here 2 or 3 days out of the week since late May and she's been at this since day one.
