Jake is in between being a mercenary and trying to leave that life while living with Sherry. If she’s at work when he gets back he will go spend time with her. Sherry, still not 100% used to Jake being home more often, gets startled one day when she’s standing in her office looking for something in a filing cabinet and Jake just comes up and smacked her ass. The first thing Sherry does is turn around and punch him (because she didn’t know it was him).
