Did you know that critique is an essential tool for all artists to advance in skill? Did you know that if you walk away from a proper critique feeling discouraged, you're doing it wrong? All of these questions are answered and more when you join us on Saturday, February 28th at 10:30am for a workshop-style panel where you can get involved and participate in what a critique should be! Please bring a pencil and sketchbook for notes! You may also bring samples of your work if you are interested in practicing critiquing the correct way!

This is a piece commissioned by Lilleah (beastcub) for her sister, Gemily (wolfgem) and Hari (elden), a person very close to their hearts. He died a hero. The Spirits of Gemily's dogs, Evie, Zury, Winry and Bindi are here to join the embrace too. This is a particularly special artwork for me because this couple could relate to the relationship Jon (Logarthsheppy) and I have. We were looking forward to getting to know them better as time went on- and it absolutely tickled me pink whenever I'd hear "omg that's us too!"....or something along those lines XD. Gemily, you're in my thoughts and prayers. You are a strong young woman and you are truly blessed to have had this man in your life and for having such a wonderful sister too. Logarth and I both send you our support. I'm hoping that the gift I believe god has given me can provide a heartwarming memorial of your lost loved ones. Hari, living on in our hearts will keep the sadness at bay <3
