Been cooking up some Filipino treats lately. Made some pork + veggie lumpia shanghai (cubed pork, carrot, garlic, onion, & parsley filling). The filling has made about 3-4 meals worth between me and my fiancé. I also made some ube halaya with frozen ube and coconut milk that’s lasted me almost 2 weeks!!
