Ophelia Reverie’s wardrobe <3

Let’s get one thing out of the way: I am a Christian Dior lover. I love the collections from when Christian Dior himself was designing these beautiful, A-line evening dresses and intricate gowns with sparkly materials to when John Galliano was the designer for the house and was designing intricately made pieces with the most littlest of details put into them with edgy, bizarre makeup.

Ophelia’s wardrobe is mostly based off of 1940s-50s Dior because it just seems so her. She’s a romantic, but also a very extravagant kindred and it shows in her books. While yes, she is an author, she loves dresses, pastels, and glitter. Her books are romantically extravagant and so is she. She was always restricted by the busy, bustling streets of New York and even more so restricted fashion-wise by her life when she was alive, making her yearn for a more opulent life which she got through being a kindred socialite now! Her wardrobe now is a complete 180 from when she was alive, sporting mostly monochromatic skirts and professional blazers but now it’s evolved, like… extremely. Now it’s long skirts, tulle, loads of fabric, long gloves, big jewelry, and custom heels because you know what she deserves it after being strangled to death in an ugly basement looking ahh apartment in New York <3
