Lol, I’m so lucky. I can always find at least something pretty in someone’s appearance. Then, if we become friends, my perception of their features changes and all their best assets (eyes, smile, freckles, teeth) become even prettier. Suddenly, their face becomes infinitely more beautiful. Their inner light obfuscates their less ideal physical parts and I become absentmindedly fond of them. Out of nowhere, my eyes linger and my cheeks colour. And I fall a little in love.
#me with all my friends#they are sooooo beautiful#that’s how i usually develop crushes#like oh#you’re smart and kind and funny#look at that little dimple you have when you smile#you’re so pretty#and you’re my friend??#wanna be more ;)#obviously the majority of these crushes are small#and i have a handle on them#but sometime i do be staring at my friends with heart eyes#and then they get partners and i go#duh#of course#who wouldn’t want you#and when i do find myself a life partner#even if they’re really ugly by other people’s standards#i know i’ll find something attractive about them#might give my mum a heart attack though#if i come home with someone she thinks is ugly#she’ll be said if i give her unattractive grandchildren#but she’ll love them all the same#ramblings
