i absolutely love the fact that in 1-2 mia was the one who nailed the last nail into redd white's coffin. yes, the "deus ex machina" move was frustrating (that's why i like the way "turnabout musical: ace attorney" handled this moment really much, no spoilers, but i think it's great). Yes, that wasn't a battle 100% won with evidence, just mia sort of blackmailing white, BUT mia fucking coming back from the dead to bring her murderer down and save her protégé was such a powerful move

i like that she had her closure with white and that mia and phoenix put him behind the bars together. it makes mia not just another regular murder victim, kind of a woman in danger, but a really cool and strong character because even death couldn't stop that woman from making the man who took her mother from her pay for it.
