sometimes i forget that people are proud of me and then my mom decides to tell the cashier in Tesco at 9pm while we are buying emergency tamari that “he’s going to be a doctor soon”😌😌
#she was like 🙂wow thats great do you have a clubcard i can scan?#the convo started with her like “is this beer for u or him?” and my mom like “um! they’re 28”#and 1. im 27 and 2. this lead to her contextualising this with the phd thing#anyway VERY funny and hilarious that i will in fact imminently be a doctor of something#not in any useful way but it was still hard to do🙂↕️
