one day you're going to log on and i'm suddenly a wc blog
#i can't talk about these books because they're cat books for children that i'm re-reading as an adult#but i need everyone to know that i'm thinking about bluestar's mental decline right now#the books are not good. but there are moments and that's one of them#the fact that you have to get through FIVE books of someone slowly losing faith in her entire understanding of her world and then her tragi#death after tormenting herself for all her guilt. blaming herself for being taken advantage of and betrayed and knowing there's nothing she#can do and no one who can help her or relieve her suffering#she takes in fireheart and probably sees him as a redemption. she views him as a son. she gave him hope#and then what? she is betrayed. disaster strikes one after another. oh you thought you could redeem yourself bluestar? you thought starclan#could ever make you forget what you did? and she drives herself crazy in hypervigilance interpreting everything as a sign of her punishment#anyway i like her#*he gave her hope. i'm not going back to edit that#once i get a new pen for my tablet i'm going to draw her
