#itโs the worst night of the year once again ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐#every fucking house in our neighborhood is letting off fireworks and my kids are in bed#thankfully the older two are pretty heavy sleepers but the baby is not#so this is fun#also we did not go to the parade today#I was thinking about it but last weekend we went to a small town festival#and they had a parade that lasted all of 10 minutes#and thatโs where my 2yo decided to scare the crap out of me#she showed that she is willing to die over a tootsie roll#she did get 3x the amount of candy her brother did haha#but Iโm not willing to go through that kind of anxiety at a much longer more crowded and far more dangerous parade#we might go to the city fireworks show tomorrow night#itโs only a 10 minute walk from our house and we could easily load the kids into the stroller and go#it would disrupt bedtime so Iโm not loving the idea too much but we havenโt taken the kids at all ever#I kinda want my oldest to experience it at least
