my mom fell and i was once again reminded that i feel useless unless im being physically helpful bc i couldnt stop shaking until i got a towel to start cleaning up the water that spilled on the ground. she doesnt think she broke her back which is good (she has osteoporosis and has broken her back a few times). it was very scary though and now that i know shes okay i am trying not to cry 👍

#teamcasper #i was watching a video trying to wind down to sleep and i hear a loud thud that was too loud to have reasonably been a cat and remember my #mom is upstairs cleaning the fridge even though its so late . and i panic and run upstairs and shes on the ground on her side and im thinki #g abt all the stories you hear of old ppl falling and that being what sets them up for the end of their life bc they lost so much mobility #due to breaking their hip/back/etc #she landed on her knees and thats the main thing thats hurting rn #can you tell i have trauma related to my moms health? lol
