The system's little sister got our number (finally? For whatever reason she didn't have it before) from our father and has been texting us every day since. It never fails to brighten our day. She's 10 years old and it's so heartwarming for us, I specifically would be ready to destroy not only mondstadt, but the entire Teyvat to protect her. I'm not exaggerating.

AETHER quickly pulls you into a hug, stroking your head while a jumble of questions spill out of his mouth. if you're unwilling to answer, he doesn't pressure you, but he remains embracing you until you calm down.

ALBEDO envelops you in a warm hug, his blonde strands of hair tickling the top of your head. "i don't know why you're upset..." he murmurs while entwining his hands with yours, "but studies have shown hugs can make people feel better, and that's what i want for you."

AMBER freaks out, cupping your face with her gloved hands and pressing her forehead against yours to remind you that she's always there for you. she even lets you cuddle baron bunny, although she pretends to be upset later that you like the stuffed toy more than her.

AYAKA rarely deals with outbursts like this as the representative of the kamisato clan, so she's not entirely sure what to do. however, she sits beside you gracefully, holding your hand tightly and squeezing it every few minutes as a wordless reassurance that she is there for you.

lightning flashes, thunder booms and the sky begins to darken when BAAL sees you like this. the electro archon wants nothing more than to strike down those who hurt you, but she won't leave your side until there's a smile on your face once more - there's no point in eternity without you.

BARBARA is wonderful at consoling you, and she hugs you warmly before beginning to sing a gentle song, petting your head as you lay in her lap. her voice is mellifluous and comforting, and you drift off to sleep as she presses a kiss on your head, reminding you that tomorrow will be a better day.

at first, BEIDOU may not realise how seriously sad you are, inviting you to come drown your sorrows in some drinks with her. but after noticing how you decline, she crouches beside you and tells you that, "there's no treasure in the sea a pirate could find that's more precious than you are to me."

BENNETT worries that his bad luck has brought you misfortune, but when you manage to mumble out that it isn't his fault, he still sticks right by you. while he's too nervous to touch you and make things worse, he grins widely at you and thanks you for staying with him even when things were rough - "you're the best member of benny's adventure team, and my good luck charm!"

upon seeing you, CHILDE'S mind instantly flashes to every single one of his enemies that could have hurt you, and while he dashes to wrap you in a hug, his thoughts rush to ways to murder those who dared to hurt you. his chin balances on top of your head while his long arms surround you, keeping you warm and seemingly blocking out all your negativity.

CHONGYUN gets very worried, and though he isn't the best at comforting, he lets you bury your head in his shoulder and cry your eyes out. for once, the proximity doesn't make him heat up, because he's far too concerned for you to worry about that. he also offers you an icy popsicle, because that's how he usually cheers himself up, and he wants you to be happy again.

DAINSLEIF panics, but he doesn't show it as he dashes to your side like a heroic knight. he isn't sure how to handle situations like this, so he awkwardly pats your back and says, "you're strong enough to get through this. i... may not believe in gods, but i have faith in you." his starry coat swirls around you both like a blanket, and even though the gestures of comfort feel alien to him, he hopes you know he's trying his best.

DILUC trembles, hand reaching for his vision as white-hot anger rushes through him. but he recalls that you're the priority, and wraps his arms around you. the scent of his cologne surrounds you, and you bury your head in his chest - he doesn't mind when you wet his shirt, and he murmurs a soft "i love you," in your ear as a caring reminder.

in DIONA'S mind, a million alarm bells are going off, and her ears prick up as she hisses under her breath at the thought of someone harming you. to you directly, however, she mixes your favourite drink and offers it to you, muttering, "i hope you like the drink... please feel better soon. though it's not like i care!"

EULA runs to your side, elegance forgotten in the fear clouding her mind that something has happened to you. she isn't very keen on physical affection due to her upbringing as a noble, but now she throws away her hesitation and hugs you while vowing, "i will exact vengeance on whoever hurt you!"

FISCHL cannot find it in her to burst into a monologue when she sees your huddled figure. her gloved hand traces your cheek, and trails a stroke down your hair. oz perches on your shoulder, his ticklish feathers ruffling your cheek, and when you look up at her, the prinzessin offers you a small smile, "as royalty, you're my favourite subject."

GANYU drops all the paperwork she's been carrying, the sheets flying into the air like snow. she couldn't care less about them though, as she plops down beside you, tilting your face to hers with worry glimmering in her eyes. realising you're not hurt, she exhales a sigh of relief and hugs you with a whisper, "i'm here for you."

GOROU is by your side in the blink of an eye, a low growl escaping his throat as he scans your surroundings. his ears are flattened, and his arms are thrust protectively around you. upon sensing the lack of danger, he nuzzles into your cheek, his hair caressing your cheek - he doesn't need words to let you know he loves you.

HU TAO is actually very good at comforting you, though her playful demeanor makes her seem like the opposite. she lets you cry till it feels like your tear ducts are dry, and then she starts cracking jokes. they're stupid, and half don't even make sense, but they put a smile on your face, and when she notices your expression, she grins, "there you are."

JEAN isn't the dandelion knight and acting grandmaster for no reason, she's immediately beside you, uttering sweet words which sound like honey. barely a minute passes and she's already mopped up your tears and helped you calm down with soothing advice and reminders. she even lets you cry onto her shoulder if you'd like, without a word of complaint even when her uniform sleeve is stained with tears.

KAZUHA hugs you tightly, the type of hug which feels like he's never going to let you go, the type of hug which feels like you're going to be okay, that things will get better. even his fountain of poetic speak dries up now as he pulls you impossibly closer, "you will be okay, and you'll come out of this stronger than before."

KAEYA can relate all too well to your predicament, he sees himself in your tears and shaking figure. so, he held you the way he's always wanted to be held, with your head in the crook of his neck as you sob quietly. for once, he doesn't make any sly, flirty comments, he stays silent as you cry. but once you've calmed down, he teases you by using his vision to make his hands, which are still holding you, freezing cold.

while KEQING may primarily be a busy woman in charge of running the nation, that doesn't mean she doesn't know how to handle emotional issues. she sits beside you, one hand sliding to hold yours as she starts telling you about her day to get your mind off the problem. it works, and when you've calmed down, she's the perfect person to get advice from about your troubles.

KLEE is quite confused, but she does her best to make you feel better. "hey, would you like a hug? my mom always says those help put a smile on anybody's face! or maybe we could go fishblasting? that definitely makes klee smile! klee wants you to smile again, so let's go!"

a small hydro fish wiggles in front of your nose, and you already know that KOKOMI is in the room with you. as she kneels down beside you, her hand cups your cheek, and her sea blue eyes, shining with concern, meet yours. a small smile curves her lips, "you're so strong, you know that? i'm proud of you."

LISA pulls you into a hug, placing her chin on your head as she rubs comforting circles onto your back. she never says a word as you sob into her torso, but once you've cooled down, electro energy begins to fizz around her fingers, "so, who did this to you?"

LUMINE silently sits beside you, one arm wrapping around your shoulder to pull you close, letting you lean against her for stability as you cry your eyes out. it's not much, but she doesn't move, and honestly that helps remind you that she isn't going to leave you alone. she's also a very good listener to vent to, as she will never interrupt, and only offer advice if asked to.

when MIKO caught you, you thought she would laugh at you. however, her reaction was the polar opposite, as she made you a cup of tea and sat beside you before beginning to read a book. once your sniffles had quietened down, she turned to you, "now, would you like to talk about it? i've got the next millenium to listen."

MONA is quite awkward in terms of dealing with people, distancing herself from people due to her status as an honourable astrologer didn't do much for her social skills. however, with you, she crouches beside you and pats your head, "are you okay?" she's even kind enough to spend her hard-earned money on you, and she's always strapped for cash, "hey, i just got some money. would you like to go out and eat? my treat."

NINGGUANG may be the tianquan, but you will always come first, you're just that important to her. when she sees you crying, she tilts your face upwards and swipes her thumb across your cheek to dry your tears. she then proceeds to hug you and pat your back, "you know you can tell me anything, right? also if you want anything that might make you feel better, just say the word and i'll buy it."

NOELLE sits down beside you, placing the basket of laundry she was carrying on her other side. she hugs you, and the warmth you feel chases away your last remnants of sadness. it's even better when she says she'll cook your favourite dish to help cheer you up, noelle would do anything if it meant you would feel better.

QIQI has zero clue what to do, so she crouches beside you and just... stares at you for a few minutes. however, the next moment, she extends one hand and pets your head, "qiqi wants y/n to smile. come, qiqi will take y/n to look at finches. finches make qiqi happy. qiqi hopes they make y/n happy too."

RAZOR nuzzles into your cheek and neck, his fuzzy hair and hood tickling you and prompting a laugh to escape your lips. he looks up at you inquisitively, tilting his head before saying, "y/n, don't be sad. razor... go hunt meat for y/n. y/n is razor lupical." razor hopes you can understand what he's trying to tell you, because he wants to help you in any way he can.

although distant to everyone else, ROSARIA actually pats your back and stays beside you while you cry. she doesn't say anything, because she isn't that good with comforting words unlike all the other nuns, but she stays. and her unmoving presence is enough to send you into tears all over again, because she mutters a promise to you, "i won't leave, no matter what."

SARA is definitely not the best at displaying affection, but for you, she always puts in as much affection as she can. when she sees you crying, anger causes her to clench her fist, but she hides it and rushes to your side to give you a warm hug, pressing her cheek against yours, "you're not alone, okay?"

SAYU is clueless as to what to do to comfort someone, so instead she just grabs your hands and says, "come on, let's go have a nap. people always think clearer after they sleep on it." she doesn't mean to be blunt, she just genuinely thinks that sleeping will help you think of other solutions to your problems.

SCARAMOUCHE starts cursing loudly and threatening murder at the top of his voice, it's likely that people on the other side of teyvat could hear him. after proclaiming how he's going to murder whoever did this to you, he rushes to your side and hugs you tightly. it's a hug which conveys everything he can't say out loud, 'i hope you're okay.'

SUCROSE is very distressed, as she plops beside you and starts fidgeting with her fingers while her other hand massages repetitive motions onto your back. after a minute, your sobbing is unbearable for her, because she hates you being sad, so she tries to distract you by talking about alchemy. spoiler alert, it works, but the combination of her voice and the rhythm of her massage caused you to fall asleep in her lap.

THOMA is the number one fixer in inazuma, and this applies to emotional problems too. in the snap of a finger, he's prepared your favourite food, a tissue box and his attention, in case you'd like to rant to him. he's always willing to listen, and most of the time his advice is actually quite good, and he also gives great hugs.

when VENTI sees you sad, his archon side takes over. instead of just being mischievous, he also becomes more understanding and caring. he lets you lie on his lap, humming the melody to your favourite song softly while his hands stroke your head. when you've calmed down, he's also skilled at making silly faces to try and get you to laugh.

XIANGLING disappears after shoving guoba in your arms and telling you he's great for hugging when you're sad. a minute later, though, she reappears with a brand new plate of your favourite food, whipped up by her specially for you. she'll feed you so that you're too busy eating to worry about crying, and soon enough your sadness is chased away by the amount of love she adds into her cooking.

XIAO is definitely not the best at dealing with emotional situations, but he's been reading up on how to interact with mortals. so when he sees you like this, his first instinct is to hug you, which he does. when you sob into his shoulder, he's not sure what to do, so he pets your head before whispering so softly you can barely hear it, "you've defeated far worse things than this, and you will continue to be the strongest mortal i know. i believe in you." he also polishes his polearm in case he needs to break his 'no harming mortals' rule.

XINGQIU lets you lean on his shoulder and cry, and he also keeps one arm around your torso as a symbol of how much he cares for you. with his other hand, he reads his current favourite novel out loud to you, and if you're lucky, he'll even go off on a tangent about how he would have written this scene if he was the author, as well as explain almost every scene in painstaking detail. by the time he's done, your head will be spinning so much you won't have any energy to waste on being sad.

XINYAN hugs you and strokes your back as you sob. she's moderately hot thanks to her pyro vision, so a hug from her is the definition of a warm hug. she even strums her guitar while singing the lyrics to your favourite song softly, like an acoustic cover of it which helps you relax and realise that maybe your problems weren't as big as they first seemed.

YANFEI lets you lie down in her lap, gazing up at her with tears glittering in your eyes. whether or not you're still sobbing, yanfei holds your hands with a reassuring smile and starts narrating her day, going into detail about all the interesting cases she's done before. and if she sees you getting sleepy, tired after all that crying, she starts reciting liyuean law, which of course sends you off to dreamland in seconds.

YOIMIYA is full of energy, but when she sees you sad it's almost like all that energy got zapped out of her in a second. she's by your side immediately, cupping your cheeks and checking you all over to see if you're hurt while speaking a million sentences a minute. it would be overwhelming if it wasn't just her way of showing how worried she is for you. that night, you can be sure yoimiya releases a custom firework just for you, in the shape of a smiley face in your favourite colour.

ZHONGLI may have lived for centuries, but as a mortal he is at a loss for what to do in a situation like this. however, he tries his best, and lets you lie on him wherever you choose; be it his shoulder, lap or chest. he's very attentive to what you want, so if you want a tissue he'll fetch it immediately, and he does anything you want until you calm down. it's adorable to see, honestly.

hi! this was my first time writing drabbles of this magnitude for this many characters, and it took about 3 hours T_T regardless, i hope that this is a fic which helps cheer you up, and that you revisit it whenever you're feeling sad, bc that was the whole point of me writing it - i wanted a fic which catered to almost the entire genshinblr community :)

the baby trap fic made me curious.. I know you got an ask like this a couple of days ago for scara but how do you think Albedo would react to his s/o seeing absolutely no escape or way out of the pregnancy and then attempting to end their own life? And since he’s not home a lot he wouldn’t be there to stop them. I imagine that Sucrose would give the S/o enough privacy for them to be able to do it without her knowledge or at least without her knowing until it’s too late and klee wouldn’t be able to prevent it at all i imagine.

The way I’m so ready to make this an entire dark story/series(?) after I finish and post the parts for my Xiao story... HELP!! If I did make a multi-part story, it would either be modern au doctor Albedo, college au Albedo, or I’d stick with regular Genshin Albedo. But nothing’s set in stone yet! Xiao story comes first hehe

As Albedo’s s/o, your life is unusually boring. You’re confined to his house and, on some rare occasions, you’ll be brought to Dragonspine to watch him conduct research or to the outskirts of Mondstadt where you’ll pose for Albedo so he can draw you. But on most days you’re stuck inside, forced to live out repetitive days and nights. Sometimes you’ll read and other times you’ll explore his large house, searching for any secrets he might’ve concealed before you were forced to live there.

Your life may be comfortable, but it isn’t ideal. You almost feel as if you aren’t meant to do anything except carry his child and look pretty. On top of that, it’s hard to plan an escape when your pregnancy gets in the way. There have been times where you tried to climb out of the window on the lowest floor just to test your strength; it was difficult and Sucrose had caught you in the act when she had come looking for you. You honestly wish Albedo wouldn’t put Sucrose in charge of you; it’s too tough to lie to someone as sweet as her.

You’ll put on an act whenever Sucrose or Klee are around, smiling awkwardly when they speak about how the baby is so lucky to have such a loving mother and how you’ll do a great job raising them alongside Albedo. Klee’s already started drawing what she thinks the baby will look like and Sucrose has offered to look for items for the nursery for you. Behind closed doors, when you’re finally given some privacy, your expression falls and you feel so tired. Everything’s lost its shine and splendor. You just wish there was an easier way out of this. More than anything, you wish it wasn’t you who Albedo decided to fall in love with.

It’s hard to face him when he checks up on you, wanting to make sure you’re healthy and well. Albedo has developed this habit as a result of your pregnancy. He tends to hug you from behind so that his hands can settle upon your stomach, feeling the life within you stir and kick every now and then. The position is awfully one-sided and you feel very uncomfortable when he holds you so dearly. If anything, you should feel relieved that he’s not a cruel person. He never threatens to hurt you or your unborn child. Rather than that, he warns you of the dangers that can befall you if you manage to stray too far from his house. Treasure Hoarders, the Abyss Order, and even something as insignificant as a few slimes.

Albedo can’t risk losing you and your precious child to something evil and unsavory. It would absolutely break his heart, so he reminds you that it’s better to stay within his house. You’ll be safe and warm, and most importantly you won’t stress yourself out.

Hearing him speak of your future together is one of the last straws for you. You’ve managed to hold onto a few threads of sanity since this ordeal began, but now they’re snapping and fraying all at once. A future with Albedo? Horrible. You: a tied-down mother who can no longer explore the world or do fun things with her friends? Unfathomable. At this point, you no longer care whether you crush Klee’s dreams of being a big sister or hurt Sucrose’s feelings. And you really can’t bother with Albedo. You’ve tried to be nice and put up with it—tried to accept these foul circumstances that have bound you to this crooked relationship—but it’s impossible.

So you decide that suicide is your only option. You can’t outrun him, nor can you rely on the help of those around you, and you can’t use Klee or Sucrose to aid in your escape. As if your worst fears have grabbed onto you and are pulling you down into a maddening spiral, you realize you’re going to die alone: miserable, lonely, and with an unborn child you never got to truly love and care for. There’s no point in crying over the unfairness of it all; it was never fair from the beginning.

You’ve gone over a few methods, wanting the one you choose to be as quick and painless as possible. Eventually you reason that it doesn’t matter and that you’ll be dead all the same. It’s hard to find a weapon in Albedo’s house. Everything that was once Klee-proof is now baby-proof. So it’s a miracle when you find a set of knives resting upon the highest shelf. With a little help from a chair, you’re able to grab one of the knives. You can tell it hasn’t been used in a while because it’s accumulated some dust and the point is sharp to the touch.

Fear runs through your electrified nerves, spurred on by the realization that this will be the place where you die. In Albedo’s kitchen. In Albedo’s house. In some isolated part of Mondstadt that Albedo has put you in. A lonely end for a lonely person. You’re close to crying as you make an experimental cut along your wrist, not exactly knowing how you should go about this. But eventually you dissolve into a deluded mindset, where the location of the cuts hardly matter. As long as you can draw enough blood, you’ll be okay.

Your vision spots as your brain struggles to block the sight of your own crimson from your glassy eyes. Salty tears mix with fresh blood as you make another slice. In the midst of your hopelessness, you get the sick idea that you should kill your child before you end yourself, if only to mitigate their suffering by a little bit. Before you can execute such a twisted idea, Sucrose’s high-pitched scream alerts you and in your shock you whirl around to face her. And having lost so much blood already you slip on your shaky legs, landing painfully on the blood-stained ground.

Everything hurts, but nothing hurts more than the fearful expression she wears when she hovers over you. You want nothing more than to disappear and that’s your final thought as you slip into unconsciousness.

When you wake up, bandaged and healed and lying in a plush bed, you realize your luck has become incredibly sour. And Albedo is sitting at your bedside with a look on his face that you can’t quite figure out. It’s a mix of relief and grief—a potent concoction of fear and anxiety. You know this isn’t your fault; this was bound to happen. But you still feel obligated to apologize.

Escape is futile. Not even death can save you from the future you’re meant to pursue with Albedo.

Women of BSD as Genshin Impact players

Kyouka Izumi- Assasin in the streets, babysitter in the... Genshin Impact

Kyouka is that cute, stubborn kid that overfixates on things. Atsushi is things. Look, we all know Kyo-chan is mad intelligent and talented and it shows in her game play. Right off the bat she got the sense of the gameplay of every type of character and decided what works best for her. She knows what type of team she's going for and knows how to manage her materials wisely.

When she plays alone, Kyouka works towards bettering her characters and pushing through the storyline. Her favourite way to play the game is with Atsushi, whether alone or in co-op with others. Playing with Jinko is a huge win-win situation for her - she helps him beat up whatever he needs to take down and complete puzzles, he gives her praises and gratitude. And materials, but seldom does she take them.

Her main job, though, is to protect Atsushi and his world from the otherworldly evil known as the suicidal maniac, Dazai Osamu. She's fairly successful.

Main Team: MC, Klee, Keqing, Rosaria

Sub Team: MC, Qiqi, Fischl, Hu Tao

Mains MC, both for her flexibility with elements and because she likes being the little sister to Atsushi's male MC.

Yosano Akiko- retired nurse, now a terrorist

Did you really think she'd stay a healer without having the sadistic satisfaction of hurting people in grotesque ways? Nay. She doesn't have a single healer on team. She either has a teammate who's a healer like Haruno, or she wastes abundance of food until she can teleport to a statue of the seven.

Her game play is on crack, basically. She has several energy spurs, sometimes several times a day, where she rages through the game, before losing interest and going shopping. It's very possible with her that days can pass before she feels like playing again. Then she binges the game for hours and repeat.

When i say she acts like on crack i mean it. She has rage in her veins instead of blood. She tanks her characters and goes out looking for fights with worst possible opponents. Hell, she'll under equip her party just to see how many mofos can she take down in weak state. Spoilers, a fair few. She does die quite a bit, and is almost always out of food, but she's just as stubborn as she's crazy. Those two thing correlate probably. Which is why she made Azdaha her bitch. Her party consists either of strong, hot milfs women like herself, or twinks. You won't see someone like Childe disrespecting her vibe.

Main Team: Beido, Venti, Hu Tao, Rozaria

Sub Team: Lisa, Yanfei, Ningguang, Xingqiu

Beido and Lisa main. Bad bitches only.

Naomi Tanizaki- the fangirl player

She basically collects the cutest characters possible.. That's how she chooses her characters, based on cuteness. She went for the hot ones first to pull her brother but she got jealous and changed her tactic. You know she's spending her money on character skins and certain banners. She's insanely lucky tho?? She got Qiqi on the standard banner as her first 5*, pulled Klee on her banner in little over four 10 pulles and got Diona eventually anyway. Baraba and Xiangling were free and she mained Xiangling untill Klee rolled in. She spent some money on Venti and was already in pity when Ganyu came around. She's fully ready to whale for Kokomi though.

Now i know i said she's incredibly lucky, right? Yeahh that luck has to turn against something to keep the balance and well... she's still crying over Chongyun.

She usually co-ops with her brother, it's a daily ritual. Loves co oping with everyone though, mostly Haruno, Atsushi and Kyouka. She made online friends as well. Actually, there is one person she co ops with almost as much as she does with her brother. IchiGawa is her Genshin bestie and they talk about their crushes and infatuations besides the game itself. Her friend is the only secret she keeps from her brother.

Sub Team: Razor, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Qiqi

Haruno Kirako- the healer

Literal angel. You need her, i need her, ADA needs her, the president needs her, just... yes. Her whole team consists of support- healers and crowd control characters. She was a f2p at first, but realised she earns her own money and can spend it however she wishes and she chose the monthly cards.

She's a necessity, point blank. She can get intimidated by new foe at first, but when backed up by her friends, she becomes determined and flexible. Pays good attention to her teammates, most importantly, their health bars, and acts accordingly.

The only reason most of them made it as far as they have, being as reckless as they are.

Gin Akutagawa- that cottagecore assassin

You may be wondering what that could even mean. Let me tell you, she brought Animal Crossing to Genshin Impact. Sure she takes care of her characters and they're pretty powerful, but she kicks ass in real life as well. The game is her little getaway, especially since Serenity pot has been introduced. She's been making away her home for her and her brother characters. You can see her chop wood, collect materials, taking pictures with her friends and her brother, sometimes of pretty scenery and cute moments. A very wholesome player.

She's the type to help her friends explore their world and help them find oculi, open chests, shrines, collect flowers, mine... She's very patient, but if she sees her co-op teammates struggle with something, she'll jump in to help do it herself untill told to back off. In which case she will listen and silently give her support, usually with the cheering stickers in the chat.

She's f2p! Sure, she could get the monthly card at least, as Ryunosuke told her, but she really wants to enjoy the game on her own terms and have what she does through her own effort and hard work. It just feels satisfying to her and more personal.

Main Team: Jean, Ayaka, Diluc, Barbara

Sub Team: Doesn't have one! She just changes characters if certain elements are needed.

Jean main!! She admirers the relationship her and Barbara have. While she's the younger of the two, she's taken the mantle of the older sibling, in a way, and is looking after her reckless as heck brother and cares for him like Jean does for Barbara. Jean is also a wonderful person in her eyes and Gin harbours great respect for the blonde.

Higuchi Ichiyo- IchiGawa 🤡

I love Higuchi so much, but my girl is a mess and a half. Help her, please. No, really, she needs help. She's been over compensating for not being dramatic and eye catching in the battlefield, and has now found a new way to prove herself to her Akutagawa-san. Problem is, as soon as she sees a potentially powerful character, she has to get them and boost them to the havens... yeahh, good thing you can't do loans in the game, otherwise she'd have sharks on her ass for having a bill as dramatic and eye catching as Tsunade's from Naruto. Our girl out there turning heads for wrong reasons. She's definitely spent her pay checks on the game "oh no no, i just buy the monthly subscription, ehe" ehe my ass, you bankrupt bitch. Baal is coming and she's looking to sell a kidney. No, it's not her own and no, it doesn't have anything to do with the game. It's a mission, for God's sake.

But hey, the game is a good investment for her! She even made a friend, one that totally understands her how she feels!! They're very alike as well, ready to do anything for the person they love. The two talk about love a lot and have bonded over it. Higuchi is actually a jealous and a protective type of person, so she hides her friend from Gin and Tachihara like snake hides it's legs. If only they knew 🤡. But it's better this way as they both have a certain sense of normalcy and familiarity they were missing in their daily lives. (Higuchi and Naomi meeting scenario when?)

Sub Team: Baal (soon?), Venti, Ganyu, Zhongli

She mains Xiao because he reminds her of Akutagawa-san and yes, she uses characters from her sub team when playing with others.

Fan Fact: when she was asked why her username is IchiGawa, she said she's like a river 🤡 No, it does absolutely not stand for Ichiyo Akutagawa.

Ozaki Kouyo- the husbando and loli collector

Don't get the wrong idea when i said loli collector. She just needs to adopt them and look after them. She also enjoys watching her precious babies kick ass like her Kyouka. But that's a two way sword, because she gets angry when they die. Savage.

And yeahh, the real reason she's playing the game... Mr Zhongli. She switches often between eng and jpn audios because she can't decide which sounds sexier. Also, Mr Diluc? Yes, she would like to be served one sex on the beach please and thank you! Ah, Mr Kaeya, a perfect window of opportunity, yes.

She has a huge spot for the teenager group as well. Razor, Bennett, Fishl, Xiangling, Xingqiu and Chongyun are also her kids. She just finds them very precious (don't we all?).

Mori found out about the game from Higuchi and Tachihara and introduced it to Elise, telling her she should make a team of sweet little girls like herself and have fun going on adventures around Teyvat. In response, Elise made a team that, not only does it not have a single child in it, but is using it to gaslight and bully Rintarou.

"Why aren't you smart and inventive like Albedo?"

"Why aren't you as passionate and persistent as Sucrose?"

Thing is, Elise isn't even that interest in the story. Actually, she couldn't care less. Some characters are interesting to her and she likes the graphics, but other than that, she's mostly playing the game to torture the greasy doctor (as she should).

PAST

Diluc has always been a stern man every since the death of his father. But ever since he met you, that changed. It was about 2 years ago when you and Diluc first met. You were sent on a commission to Liyue by Katheryne to take down some ruin guards. You’d always offer to go alone on the commissions, but that day was different. Katheryne introduced a tall, slender man with bright red hair. “This is Diluc, he will be accompanying you on your commissions from now on.” she says. You were thinking, why do I need a commission partner? But you didn’t bother to ask her why. Instead, me and Diluc went on the commission together and walked all the way to Liyue. Finally, we reached our destination. “Try not to get in my way.” you mumble. Both of you went charging after the ruin guards. You split up and took on each and every one of them. After you were done with the ruin guards, a chest appears before your eyes. You offer the chest to Diluc since he helped you, but Diluc insisted that you take it. You both ended up splitting the things in the chest. You two became commission partners ever since that day, and now you wish you can relive it. 

PRESENT

It was a cold day of spring. You were relaxing at Diluc’s tavern, Angel’s Share. It was minutes before closing time. You had just told Diluc that you were babysitting Klee because Albedo was doing albedo things. So you couldn’t hang out with him at the time. He said it was fine anyways, the man’s extremely busy. The only time you might even see Diluc is at the tavern or during commissions. You got rather used to not seeing him often and you don’t blame him either. You were pretty busy too. You babysit Klee whenever Albedo is busy, which is pretty common. So Klee would always be at your house. You haven’t been getting any commissions lately, but you didn’t feel like bothering Katheryne about it. You took one last sip of your juice and you told Diluc you were heading home to go make some food for Klee. On your way home, you decide to stop by the Adventurer’s Guild and talk to Katheryne. You asked if she had any commissions to do since you hadn’t been notified on any. Katheryne simply said no. You told her to keep you reminded. You head home to see Klee waiting at the door, immediately hugging you. Klee was always like a little sister to you. “Y/N! I missed you!”  

 You go to the kitchen holding Klee in your arms. You started to make Klee’s favorite, Fish-Flavored Toast (I know that sounds disgusting). You and Klee eat together then get ready for the night. At 4 AM at night, there was loud banging at the door. You grab your polearm getting ready the stab the hell out of whoever just woke you up. When you opened the door, your eyes widened. It was Katheryne! She look terrified and worried. “Y/N! There’s something really important I need to tell you!” She blurted out. She looked like she was about to fall over dead. “What’s so important, its 4 AM!” you said with a furious look on your face. “There’s a commission ready for you and Diluc, but it’s very dangerous.” she said handing me a paper with details on the commission. Your eyes widen. You have gotten a commission to go to Dragonspine. You’ve never gotten a commission from there before. It was too dangerous because of the strong monsters and the sheer cold that could drain your energy faster than you can run. Now you see why she was scared. You told Katheryne that you will talk to her tomorrow, but for now she can just go home. The next morning, you wake Klee early to go get all the things you need for the commission, including Diluc. 

You have to take Klee because you were probably going to be gone for the whole day, and you didn’t want to leave her alone at your house. You decided to head to Good Hunter to pick up some food first. Then you went to Venti to tell him about the commission. He offered to come with you but you immediately decline and only asked for his help. You asked him if he can watch and take care of Klee while you were gone. He accepted. Venti already knew where you lived and your number since you two are best friends. You then tell Venti to call if something happens to him, or Klee. You then wave Venti and Klee goodbye. You go to Canteu, a woman that specializes in potions and who is also your childhood friend. You ask and pay Canteu for a couple of healing potions. She give’s you them for free since your going to Dragonspine. She tells you to be careful, you don’t know what the hell your going to face. Finally, you were on your way to find Diluc. Your sure that Diluc has gotten the same surprise from Katheryne. You find Diluc at Angel’s Share and inform him about the commission. He tells you that he already knows. You insist both of you go now instead of wasting anymore time. He agrees. 

You are both now in Dragonspine. You are both wearing heavy coats because you don’t want the sheer cold to drain your energy. You were distinctly told to go up the mountain to the summit. On your way up to the summit, there were strong monsters you both had to fight. You had to use some of the healing potion’s to heal you and Diluc’s wound’s from the journey on. Finally, you two reached the summit. You don’t exactly know where the monster you were sent to fight was until you laid eyes on four frostarm lawachurls, and a couple of Fatui Cicin mages. You insisted to go after the lawachurls while Diluc handles the mages. While you two were busy fighting, the sheer cold has gotten to both of you causing your energy to drain bit by bit without you knowing. The mages were Electro, so every spell they hit on you costed a super conduct reaction. You managed to take down one lawachurn but it seemed like your strength was immediately failing you. Right when Diluc finishes off the last mage, you fall into paralyzation due to sheer cold. Before Diluc can rush over, you were attacked all at once by the lawachurls. Blood gushing into the air from Diluc’s eyes. Diluc had the most terrified look on his eyes. Immediately, he ran as fast as he could and killed all the lawachurls in a instant. There, he looked down at your body. 

Covered in blood, with your polearm in your hand. “Y/N! Stay with me!” Diluc shouted out, but he sounded far away. You wanted to tell him that you were okay but you just couldn’t lie to yourself, not in this situation. You look down to Diluc holding your hand, and holding his claymore in his other. You see tears falling down from his eyes as he firmly grasps your hand. You see another lawachurl running towards you and Diluc. You try to warn him but still can’t. You get up and somehow manage to get out of paralyzation and use the last of your energy to kill the lawachurl while holding Diluc back from helping. You collapse to the ground and the shine in your eyes start to fade, and your skin starts to become an unruly pale shade. Diluc, holding your half dead body kept on crying. Finally, you managed to get some words out. “Diluc, please dont cry. Your my Darknight Hero..” Suddenly, your hands become limp. Diluc then check’s your pulse. You are dead. Gone from the world. All you wanted was to be with the people you love. 

Diluc didn’t give 8 archons about the commission, all he wanted to do was get you to a hospital. Klee, Jean, Kaeya, Albedo, Venti, Canteu, everyone you cared about was there beside you in the hospital crying. You were dead. They couldn’t accept that. You saw a bright light. Then you saw a woman. “Am I dead?” you ask with hesitation. “No, you are not  dead yet.” the woman said. “My name is Uvia, the god of Life and Death.” She explained how im supposed to choose a path, Life or Death. “Before you can choose, you need to see your life flash before your eyes.” she said. And then at that moment, my life actually flashed before my eyes. I saw a vision of all of my memories up till now. I immediately started to cry, finding out how precious my life was. “You are the only person who get’s to make a Life or Death decision. I told Uvia that I wasn’t ready to die yet. Not yet. Never yet. I was still young and there was so much things that I haven’t done with my life yet. So I walked down memory lane one last time, then went on the the Life Path. The Life path was glistening and filled with light, while the Death Path was filled with dark and somber. Uvia told you that they will meet again. You immediately panicked because you thought she meant that you would die and make this decision again. Before going into the Life path, you ask Uvia how she knew you. She told you that she’s been watching you ever since you were born, and you cannot die. 

Before you can even say anything else or hesitate there was a sudden flash of light before your eyes. Your vision was blurry for a second but once it adjusted, you look around the room. Your eyes lock onto a young woman wearing what’s looks like a lab coat. The woman drops her tablet and yells as loud as she can when she sees me. Jean then starts to rush into the room and asked the woman, “What’s wrong?!” The woman pointed at me as I looked at Jean. Jean was horrified. She looked speechless. She ran out of the room. “Everyone! Y/N IS ALIVE!” I saw Diluc ran into the room and like Jean, was horrified. The last Diluc knew was that you had no pulse before. He asks the woman what had happened and the woman shows him her tablet. He looks completely shocked. The woman than turned her tablet for you to see. Your eyes widened. It was a complete flatline. He was right, you were dead.

assigning some of my favorite characters genshin mains and teams because i Can and i Will

i know the amount of 5stars ive assigned a lot of them is lowkey unreasonable but i dont care dhsjfbsk this is purely based on vibes or if it fits their character also this is my opinion so let me vibe please

suzuya juuzou - rosaria main definitely. he’d also love and use hu tao, xiao, and zhongli (shinopapa vibes *cries*). i realize now i unknowingly gave him a full polearm team, but honestly it makes sense bc he would Absolutely Love all the polearm users, the polearms remind him of his scythe (he wishes rosaria had an actual scythe). i also think he would love scaramouche and is anxiously awaiting him becoming playable (me too dude, me too)

nagito komaeda - bennett main !!! he would see that unlucky boy and be like , you are me, i love you, you are precious, im maining you (he would be so much nicer to bennett than he is himself and he would probably cry while doing bennett’s hangout event). i think he’d also use ganyu, xiao, and ningguang (i have no basis for the latter three that was entirely gut feeling but i think it fits honestly). i also think he would have almost every 5star unlocked, as well as every 4star at c4 or higher, because his luck is just too damn good- although his bad luck kicked in and almost stopped him from getting xiao who he really wanted, so he whaled in order to get him

inosuke hashibira - not only would he main razor, but he would probably refuse to ever switch to any other character- he would have the starters (traveler [whose name is “INOSUKE” in all caps just like that], kaeya, and amber) but theyre all level 20 and razor is constantly on life support, but he is completely maxed out (c6, level 90, full level talents, fully levelled wolf’s gravestone). tanjiro is constantly yelling at him to start using more characters (he is the reason the others are level 20) but that just makes inosuke even more stubborn. should he eventually cave, he would probably also use venti (reminds him of zenitsu), childe (reminds him of tanjiro), and noelle (for nezuko- although he had to ask tanjiro for some help on that one)

ran mitake - Definitely xinyan main <3 i mean, the sole rock n roll musician of liyue ?? you Cannot !! tell me she wouldnt love xinyan. she would also have a super rad support barbara, as well as jean (reminds her of tomoe) and xingqiu (reminds her of moca). she doesnt have the room on her team, but she also really loves noelle because she reminds her of tsugumi, and amber because she reminds her of himari. she used them for a very long time because of that, she got clowned by some players who think the starter characters suck, but its ok cause ran knows theyre wrong and she does what she wants<3

ako udagawa - i struggled here bc i think she would absolutely Love a bunch of them but lets see- she would definitely Main and kin fischl for so many reasons (her style, the way she speaks, her general personality, and she wants a pet like oz). i think she’d also really love rosaria and hu tao (she Loves their aesthetics as well as how they are in battle, although hu tao is typically on the verge of death bc she always forgets to make food), as well as jean and sucrose (those two remind her of tomoe and rinko respectively and she’d probably switch them out depending on what she’s doing)

rinko shirokane - definitely sucrose main <3 she would also probably use fischl bc ako vibes !! plus i think she would be SUPER great at doing aimed shots and would do SO MUCH DAMAGE when hitting oz with an aimed shot- as well as mona bc i hc that she’s really interested in astrology and also hc that she loves mage characters in games (whether that is canon or not, i am not sure). also she would use bennett, both for extra healing as well as really loving him- she probably feels so bad for the poor unlucky boy awww :((

rio ranger - he switches between maining xiao and childe. he also uses diluc and rosaria !! he used kaeya for a very long time, but when rosaria came out he was like “I NEED HER”- pulling for rosaria was actually how he got childe, but he didnt mind because he actually really liked childe

reko yabusame - i really tried to give her someone other than xinyan but honestly i think she would love xinyan too much to not main her. she loves her style and her backstory so much, and she really wishes xinyan got more content. she also uses childe (bc alice vibes- no its not bc of the murderer stuff, i personally think they relate in other ways), sucrose (bc nao vibes), and beidou (bc she thinks beidou is hot as fuck, plus good elemental reactions and defense)

joe tazuna - i cant quite pick a single main but i think his team would be razor (dogboy joe go brr), bennett, venti, and maybe klee !! he loves the vibes of them all. he pulled jean and considered using her because she has sara vibes, but he decided to stick with venti mainly because he simply did not feel like grinding for her materials (i mean can you blame him? im currently struggling enough with that)

mutsuki tooru - first off the only reason he started playing was bc he saw saiko playing it and was intrigued. he would switch between maining xingqiu and venti !! it was love at first sight for him. he thought he would never get venti for a long long time, bc he missed venti’s first run. he used chongyun up until he pulled venti !! he also started saving his primos as soon as he heard speculation about venti having a rerun- and sure enough, he pulled him!! he felt like the happiest boy on earth<3 he would also have xiangling because he likes her vibes as well as her abilities, as well as albedo just bc he really likes him (he’s super invested in the homonculus + khaenri’ah theories and probably would make multiple tumblr posts about it)

ibuki mioda - xiny- *SMACKED* Actually i think she would have xinyan on her team, but her main? either klee or xiangling !! she loves their vibes n they lowkey remind her of herself. i also think she would really like diona for some reason, and probably beidou, idk why i just get the vibes !! she would have a Sick diona i just know it

chihiro fujisaki - i feel like he would switch between maining yanfei and sucrose !! yanfei just bc they like her, sucrose bc he relates to her a Lot <3 they would also use ningguang bc he admires her intelligence and determination, as well as chongyun- i almost gave him barbara, and i think they would love to use her, but he probably figured its not a good idea to have a full catalyst team despite how much they love catalysts, so he went with their next fave !! plus he knows claymores are super useful so it was a huge plus. he’s Super smart so they have so many tactics he uses, they’re Amazing with artifacts, and they Live for skillfully executed elemental combos

mikan tsumiki - she would have a full healer team, no doubt. barbara main !! duuuude she would have the SICKEST dps barbara omggg- she would do So much damage And be an Amazing healer !!! plus bennett, jean, and qiqi !!! she loves them all very much <3
