while im here can we not shame people for not knowing things canwe not go "what do you mean you didnt know this its obvious" because its NOT obvious to everyone!

discovered one of the problems ive been having with my machine is threading the needle, and i discovered through a reddit post that an easy fix might be threading with the presser foot raised and my mom said "yeah duh everyone knows that why didnt you know that" and first of all *screams*

second of all, my brother sewing machine doesnt care. its never been an issue. raised, lowered, it'll thread that needle. so it didnt occur to me that it COULD be a problem! THIRD OF ALL. THE MACHINES HANDBOOK. SPECIFICALLY SAYS. THREAD NEEDLE WITH PRESSURE FOOT LOWERED. SO LIKE. *SCREAMS LOUDER*

anyway after like 12 hours everythings goingsmoothly now lol dont be mean to people just share your knowledge without being condescending.
