actually you know it’s funny bc nat on the run is nigh impossible to catch ; she has on numerous occasions escaped the united states & russian governments in full-on man hunt mode, eluded the aven.gers, given shield the run around, slipped through latveria under doom’s nose, broken into high-security facilities, & escaped madame hydra, among other things.

imagine. . . how absolutely obnoxious it would be to be try & lock her up & keep her somewhere she doesn’t want to be when she’s fully capable of just giving the slip to some of the most highly respected intelligence agencies & most sophisticated securities.

#it's extra funny bc she went to the white house once while shield was conducting a man hunt for her #she led a children's field trip in the white house while shield who was close enough to breach the white house themselves #within minutes of shit starting was actively hunting her #she was in latveria & managed to gather information & collect a robot of doom's while looking out for jan at the same time #when she escaped viper she was under the nancy rushman identity #which was a proper brainwashed identity & not just an alias mind you #so she properly thought she was a school teacher & was working at like maybe 20% capacity #the only person to ever successfully track her down when she was actively attempting to hide is bucky #full stop bucky #i hope people who are contracted to find her aren't paid upon delivery #& i hope people tasked with holding her are not paid by the minute #she also once escaped a shield helicarrier while they were actively barring her way the whole place on alert #just #just good fucking luck is what i'm saying & if you catch her don't trust it #ooc / shit posting from marble's basement.
