Birth Place: Detroit, MI
Nationality: American
Organization/Group: The Hope County Sheriff’s Department, The Resistance
Former Affiliates: Was this close to joining the Houston Fire Department
Family + Friends
Father: He was never a presence in her life, so the less said about him the better.
Mother: Hali’a Vao (deceased)
Siblings: There’s likely some half-siblings via her father, but she’s never tried searching for them.
Other Relatives: She had limited contact with her mother’s sister for a few years, but after that all contact dropped off. Her mother was estranged from them all to begin with, and that feeling extended right to her.
Spouses: Unofficially, Sharky Boshaw and John Seed (Sharky makes rings for them after a few years together, and while Hana wears hers, John keeps his on a string around his neck, much like he used to wear the bunker key)
Children: Two with Sharky (Gabrielle first, and a boy that I’m hoping to come up with a name for soonish?), and one with John (a boy, also nameless for now!).
Description
Height: 5′6"
Weight: 126 lbs
Hair Colour: Auburn/dark red
Eye Colour: Dark brown
Skin Colour: Tan with warm undertones
Any Scars: She’s covered in a variety of nicks and scrapes, but does pick up a serious one on the side of her head after she’s grazed by a bullet.
Any Tattoos: Two swimming koi on her left shoulder blade. A phoenix on the inside of her right forearm, b/c apparently in Hope County, you have to have at least one forearm tattoo to fit in. Wrath across her upper chest, courtesy of John.
Any Piercings: She’s removed most for the job, but had at least a few piercings per ear, and back when she was doing piercing as an odd job, she had her eyebrow pierced, and her tongue on a lark. Sometimes she misses the tongue piercing, but the sensation was too weird to ever want to repeat it.
Other Notable Features: She’s absolutely covered in freckles.
Random Facts: Had a ton of jobs when she was figuring out what to do with herself, and also to get herself through college to get her Criminal Justice degree. Also, an 80’s movie junkie, would probably have enough boots to fill a closet if given the opportunity, and a motorcycle enthusiast. She was hoping to buy one after moving out to Hope after selling her old one, and years down the line makes sure to get one in Prosperity to work on.

And for fun, here’s a little something for V. ;)
The Basics
Full Name: [REDACTED]
Codename or Nickname: Boss V
Birth Date: October 6th, 1985
Birth Place: Stilwater, USA (Damn, I’m blanking if it’s supposed to be Michigan, but I want to say we all agreed on that back in the day)
Nationality: American
Organization/Group: The Third Street Saints
Former Affiliates: N/A
Family + Friends
Father: [REDACTED] - No previous knowledge, but was told about him when Kinzie dug into her background.
Mother: [REDACTED] (deceased) - Met her mother briefly when she was younger, but never saw her again after that. She learned later what happened to her when Kinzie dug into her background.
Siblings: She has three adopted siblings, but was never close to them. After her family leaves Stilwater after kicking her out, she never bothers trying to reconnect with them either.
Other Relatives: No damn clue, and she never tries to reach out to them later on in life.
Spouses: Unofficially since they never tie the knot, Troy Bradshaw and Johnny Gat
Children: None.
Description
Height: 5′6"
Weight: 131 lbs
Hair Colour: Auburn/dark red

Any Tattoos: V’s got plenty. Two swimming koi on her left shoulder blade. A Saints/angel’s wing on one forearm, and a snake coiled around her other forearm. A nautical star on her neck, and a large dragon running down her thigh and over her knee to her calf. Also, a gun ‘tramp stamp’ of sorts, that’s visible above the top of her pants,
Any Piercings: Both of her ears are pierced, along with her eyebrow.
Other Notable Features: V’s almost infamous for her freckles.
Random Facts: Worked at Freckle Bitch’s when she was younger, and still remembers most of the jingles. An absolute fool for Drive-In movies, and gets the old lot in Stilwater renovated so it can be used again. Might’ve inspired a certain you-know-who listed above.

Fourth Dawn chapter IV
Somehow aurora knew that coming here to hope county would be a bad idea, but the way carmina begged for there helped over ride that fear. And now shit was bad, rush and several of there people had been taken by the twins, the people of hope county were nothing but shells of themselves too afraid to do much, but now aurora needed to step up and help them. Gather who was is needed and maybe go make a deal with the devil. And hopefully to save rush.
New Eden was in the north, close to where the whitetails was, an island that housed the former peggies, and it was a very large. Due the act of kindness and mercy of the deputy many of the peggies had survived the end of days in the bunkers of there heralds and had rebuilt a large and thriving. The edeners hated anything to do with the old world and only used primitive tools to live it was an odd way of live but it was there choice. The judge returned to new eden as the day was slowly turning to night with them they brought a bear, two deer, a moose and pronghorn. They saw new dead bodies in the spikes that kept new eden safe from the highwaymen. The guards at the gate were happy to see the judge, the guards and few others brought in the animals. New eden as thriving, with gardens, animals, a water wheel and so much more.
“The baptist is at lessons with the children.” A woman tells the judge bowing her head, as the judge let out a grunt.
At the foot of the church was where the baptist gave his lessons, the circle of kids only grew with year that passed, young and hopeful minds ready for  the future.
Seventeen years later he had aged well, his dark brown hair and bread had a few gray streaks, and he some wrinkles and his eyes were still as bright and cheerful as ever. He still wore what he wore before bombs feel, a dark blue dress shirt cuffed at the elbows, a black vest with matching pants and shoes, at his side was a cane. John saw the judge approach,
“Go home young ones the lesson is over today.” He tells them,
“Yes, brother john.” They say getting up and leaving him and the judge. John stood with a grunt and grabbed his cane.
“Welcome back sunshine.” He greets giving the judge a hug as they walked off, at the end of new eden stood the home of the Father.
It was a place for him and his brothers to live and be alone in. It was a large home made of wood and rope like the other homes. There was a tan cloth door that lead in. Inside was quite nice. In the very back of the room was bookcase filled to the brim with every book from all three bunkers, in the center of the room was a fire, that was always light these days as the smoke rose and out a hole in the center. Hanging from the rafter were a few lamps. Around the fire were some benches. To the right and left of the home were two beds. The biggest bed built for two  was on the right, the beds were made out of wood with animal pelts on them and pillows.
The judge walked over to there bed on the left it was closest to the door and was dark. The judge set there bow, quiver down, and removed the overcoat that made up there outfit leaving them in a t-shirt and there pants and gloves and mask.
“You can remove your mask it is just us.” John says easing himself down next to the fire, and the judge did so.
“I found some penicillin in your old bunker it should help.” The judge says moving over to the large bed. There was a lone figure laying in the bed he had brown hair and was sick, the judge let out a sad sound as they gave him a shot of the penicillin. Happy the judge moved to sit next to john.
“What did you learn?” He asks as the judge cracked there neck.
“The twins have rush and he is alive they need him for something. His security captain is alive and is itching to go and get him, don’t blame her.” The judge tells him, watching the fire dance, “There going to go after folks from before to help them out.”
“Oh? On your suggestion I take it?” He asks the judge, with a playful smile as they just nodded there head yes.
“Grace, pastor jermone, jess, hurk, nick, sharky, selene, bean, and a few others.” They tell him.
“Interesting, who do they have?”
“Selene, bean and grace. I left after I got the penicillin from the bunker and came here as fast I could to help pratt, he would be very unhappy if his peaches winds up dead.”
“Speaking of him.”
“Alive he’s somewhere not sure where yet the twins are keeping it a secret from everyone, but he is alive. I heard some of the highwaymen talking about him and that was today.” The judge says with a smile.
“You’ve done well sweetheart, are you staying?”
“For the night, so yes. I’m heading back tomorrow.” They tell john, “Can’t wait to see jess again.”
“Make sure she doesn’t kill you.”
“I won’t, I won’t.”
************************************************************************************************************************************************************
As the night wore on pratt got a little better and the judge was hiding in there bed as John read. They had eaten and we now unwinding. It was as the judge was sharpening there knife when Ethan came in. He looked at pratt then to John with a look of disgust to see pratt still alive.
“He lives?” Ethan asks walking over to pratt.
“The judge found medicine from one of the old bunkers he will live.” John says not looking up from his book.
Ethan let out a hum, “He does not belong here.”
“Yes, he does he is Jacobs and none shall touch him.” John warns closing his book. Ethan let out a task as his hand inch to close to staci neck there was a thunk and Ethan looked up to see a knife had  embed itself in the wall across from him he brought two fingers to his cheek to see blood and looked behind him to see the judge growling at him from the shadows.
“It would seem that you have been warned.” John says glancing over at the judge who had there bow ready.
“They can't do that. They follow me I am the leader of new eden.”  Ethan snaps glaring at the judge.
“You don't lead, I and jacob lead. The flock listens to you because of me and at the grace of the Father and God.” John simply says in a very natural voice.
Ethan growled but said nothing as he left.
“That was a tad uncalled for.” john says watching the judge get up and get there knife.
“No, it wasn't I was afraid he might strangle pratt and uncalled for is if the knife went into his shoulder.” They simply say in a matter of fact voice with a smug smile.
“You are too clever at times sunshine.” He praise the judge.
“I try. I'm going to have to restock on arrows before I go.” The judge mutters.
“The faithful made plenty take the extra.”
“I was.”
The judge looked over at pratt, he had gotten sick a while go. They weren't sure on the how but a wound on his leg was most likely the culprit. At first he was fine he had gotten hurt on day four of the judge with Aurora. But by day five of her in the old bunker, he was too sick to leave his bed, john had used a hidden radio to contact the judge and have them being some meds form his old bunker. He knew the people of falls end hadn't ridden his bunker yet. So the judge did that they to, they got what was needed to help. And now pratt was going to be okay.
“Get some sleep sunshine.” John urges as he got back into his book. The judge let out a hum as the curled up into a ball under a bear skin.
End of line

Shining Jewel of the Sea
It can be said that the female of the species is the one to watch out for, more ferocious, tenacious. With some species, she is larger than he, and far better equipped to hunt.
Amusement courses through her, as she circles, this will be the eigth time this lunar cycle, but more like the hundredth, that she's seen him and his vessel through her waters. He is searching for something, always coming far too close to be searching for anything but her. She knows she is unique, even among the other merfolk found around the atoll, a giant.
(In another world, Hoshigaki Kisame is a giant of a man, in yet another, Hoshigaki Suki would  even tower over her counterpart.)
Many times she's seen this man, unfailing in his curiosity, his tenacity, leave the safety of his boat in the atoll to come swimming, to the shouts and apparent consternation of his company.
He would go alone, unarmed, unguarded, a meager layer of cloth to protect him, and would swim, always towards the dusk hours, as if tempting what lay beneath the waves.
He did, of course, over the moons he and his vessel and crew had studied the atoll, it was her cove that drew him back, again and again, without fail, on a moonlight night, in the midday.
This day, however, she's let her curiosity get the better of her.  Peering around a coral-covered outcrop of rock, she let a smile cross her face, sharp teeth peeking out from her lips. Wouldn't it be rude of her to make him wait any longer? With a hum of laughter, she swam out, just as he turned from her hiding spot.
The sun is setting, and maybe he's gotten his hopes up far too high- that's what Kakashi says at least, but, Kakashi's jaded, and is firmly in the camp of 'seeing is believing'. From what he had parsed from looking over Kakashi's shoulder has he analysed the supposed whalesong, that was mersong- Kakashi! Mersong, can you believe it?- there was a monster in the atoll, in the cove.
It had been about fourteen months since the crew of the oceanic research vessel KN8-3R "Honoka" had began to study the atoll, and about six since Gai (and his team of seven) began to fixate on a single spot in the surprisingly large lagoon, a small offshoot island that hadn't sunk as the atoll formed, had a cove, and that was where the monster was said to dwell by the local merfolk- and wasn't that a shock? Merfolk! Who'd have ever guessed- this purported monster was something of an obsession of Gai's, something that his team easily picked up on and pestered him about.
Not his entire team, mind, but most. Kakashi was too aloof, too worried; Lee, his dear son, too preoccupied with flirting with their marine geologist Sakura to bug his dad; Naruto, their marine chemist was studying the lagoon's water, and the abs of a very insistent merman with soft blue hair.
The rest of his team would rib him now and again, especially in the days where he'd go free-swimming. At first he had worn a full scuba kit, but after he had seen nothing he swapped down to a wetsuit, then a short, surfer's wetsuit, then swim trunks.
He'd kept to the swim trunks ever since, having met with nothing personally for the fourteen or so months he and his team had been out.
The sun had crept closer to the horizon, and Gai turned towards the boat again, to watch as Kakashi and Yamato had gone from their relaxed postures, to looking quite worriedly in his direction.
Aboard on the Honoka, Kakashi had sought a sympathetic ear and a spot of company as he watched Gai flail about in the water, watching for sharks, merfolk, monsters and the like, so he dragged Yamato away from his clearly thrilling algae, to sit and commiserate about the obsessed marine biologist. Nothing had happened, at all. The biggest surprise was the merfolk, their talk of a monster and the one that seemed to gravitate to Naruto- but the sunny blond drew a lot of disparate people to him so...? What gives, why the fixation on the cove when there were plenty other less concerning things to study in and around the atoll?
"Hey Kakashi- what's that?" Looking up from his novel, Kakashi looked at his friend and colleague, "Hmm?" Yamato pointed out, at a shadow in the water, nearing Gai, and Kakashi's eyes went wide.
She had teased him too much, she supposed, if he was losing interest.. thankfully, she found a way to remedy that. He didn't even notice that she swam up behind him, so focused on his vessel, barely noticed the increased alarm of his fellows as she reached out-
Gai squinted, reaching a hand to brush his hair from his eyes, as both Kakashi and Yamato lurched, as if to jump in the water, and rush to the back of the boat. That was weird, even for them. He felt a cool but warming touch on his back. He stilled a bit, and turned to face behind him.
- and touched a hand to his well-muscled back, her hand covering nearly half of it. He stilled beneath her touch, and began to turn, she let him, and a gentle smile crossed her face, rembering to keep most of her teeth out of sight.
He was met with a small, nearly demure, but oh-so smug smile, barely hiding shark teeth, set on a beautiful face, on a beautiful, sculpted body that disappeared beneath the water. Beneath the water's surface, she, this goddess, had a shark's tail- not just any shark- a great white. Her golden eyes glinted with an intense playful wildness he had never witnessed.
He was quite handsome for a human, all strong lines and angles, tanned and enthralled with the ocean. His dark eyes washed over her, appraising her. There was something about him that called out to her...
"I think I've been waiting to meet you, I'm glad to have seen you." Somehow Gai found his voice, in spite of the awe, and spoke to her, pointedly ignoring Kakashi shouting at them. He reached out halfway to her as spoke, watching her throught hooded eyes
She hummed, this one had no fear, and reached back, "Aren't you a brave sailor, bold... Enthralled by the ocean.." The man had no fear of her, she liked that.
"Gai! What on Earth are you doing!?"
"It is the mystery and beauty that draws me to the ocean, your beauty makes the ocean pale in comparison..."
"My, aren't you a pearl?"
"You are like the shining sea- Tamaki- may I call you that, glittering one? A gem from the ocean...."
"Goddamnit, Gai! Get back to the boat!"
"You may call me Tamaki, though tell me, what can I call you?"
"Gai, please-"
They met, hand to hand, a shaky connection, firmly established. He leaned towards her, the woman he'd christened Tamaki, and she leaned down, bringing her arms about him in an embrace. She smiled softly at him, and he grinned back, leaning up. "You can call me Gai.."
The first kiss was small, nothing more than a quick peck, before he pulled back with a cheeky wink, "Let us go introduce you to my team! Before Kakashi has puppies."
She hummed another laugh, and let Gai swim on his own, shadowing him back to his vessel.
With great amusement he let Kakashi and Yamato pull him back onto the boat, fully capable of doing so himself, but content to let his team assuage their worries before introducing them to Tamaki.
She popped back out of the water, leaning against the side of the boat, resting her head on her arms, hair falling across her brow. Gai beamed, his gem of the ocean was beautiful.
Kakashi lurched but kept his balance when the boat heaved, but was barely able to keep upright when Yamato fell onto him. From his periphery, he saw Gai smile that dopey smile towards the side of the boat that tipped, and turned, and very nearly jumped out of his skin.
That was a gigantic mermaid. Mermaids aren't supposed to be that big. Or blue. Or sharky. She, for it could be nothing but a she, smiled a- hopefully- soft smile at Gai and the quaking pile of scientist that was both himself and Yamato.
Gai beamed at his friends, they were taking the first meeting so well. "Tamaki, these are my friends and colleagues, Kakashi and Yamato. Kakashi, Yamato, this is Tamaki, she's the reason I chose to focus on this island in the lagoon! And look! I found a jewel in the ocean!"
Tamaki- that was acceptable as a name- hummed- her pearl's crew were strange, but she could see that they all worked well with each other, a well-conducted pod... Perhaps she'd chosen well.
