From getting hypnoed by one of my OC's to my OC getting hypnoed! Don't worry, being hypnoed is just another day in the office for most of them!

Original description: I have a bit of a running joke with myself that the Shantae series isn’t exactly subtle with the fetish material. Not just with the whole “Shantae is a belly dancer and dresses in an outfit that exposes 60% of her body” thing but pretty much the world around her. You got the slime girls in Half Genie Hero that attack not just Shantae but Risky, Rottytops, Sky and Bolo in there respective DLC’s with what’s basically a vore attack to those tentacle monsters in the Frostbite Island Labyrinth that attack Shantae by wrapping themselves around her in Pirate’s Curse to the Water Lilly Siren in Seven Sirens who while she doesn’t use any sort of hypnotic pheromones in game it’s hard for me not to be reminded of Posion Ivy who has that as her main ability in some ways just from looking at her. And then, there are of course the Naga’s. These series has a fair amount of Naga related content in it. Not just with the character Tuki in Half Genie Hero but two different variants of the Naga Enemies, the ones from the original, Risky’s Revenge and Pirates curse where they just slither and jump around and that’s it (they do have a sonar attack in the original game) and then there are the naga’s in Half Genie Hero and Seven Sirens where they have a new look and new laser cannons. There was also a planned transformation for Shantae that was a Naga form for HGH that never made it in but given how the description of it read “Slither and Sing” I think we can all guess what her power would have been. And how it would have been even MORE fetish material because of how hypnosis though singing is a thing. Someone at Wayfoward clearly loves these lovely snake ladies about as much as I do and I am perfectly fine with that.

So of course it was only a matter of time before I got a commission of my Self Insert in the coils of one of these ladies and after I saw this YCH on Twitter and thinking long and hard about who’s coils I wanted to be in and I do mean long and hard (I was actually considering just going with being in Kaa’s coils at first just because I surprisingly haven’t got any pic involving Kaa despite my six years on Deviant Art) I decided one of the naga enemies. I mostly went the classic RR and PC look for this one mostly because really, I just liked them a bit more. At least, that’s my mind set now! My opinion on which design I like more actually tends to swap around a fair bit. And also there’s barley, if any, art of the original Naga designs anyway and while this pic only features the naga’s coils and not the humanoid part itself it still counts I think. And for those wondering if I’ll ever get a pic of myself in the coils of the other Naga variant, I do want to but I’m worried about it being a repeat of this pic.

Michael the Squid Man!

Well ladies and gentlemen, I’ve done it! After four years since the Inkling Mikaela pic I’ve finally gotten another one of my cast as an Inkling, my sona Michael… Holy crap, it’s really been four years since I got that pic? Sweet mother of Palutena!

So what made me want to get another Splatoon pic again after four years? Well I can tell you this, it WASN’T because of the recent news of the Splatoon 3 DLC that was shown in the recent Nintendo Direct! I have actually contemplated getting this for quite some time now. The Direct just made me want to commission this now more than ever! Does that count as trend surfing? Ehh, a little. There’s actually a few factors that contribute to me wanting to get this.

1: Splatoon 3 was one of my favourite games that I personally played in 2022. But not for the multiplayer because Splatoon 3’s multiplayer still has most of what stopped me from really getting into it all those years ago. But rather it was the single player that made me love Splatoon 3 as much as I did. The fact that it used Octo Expansion as a base to work of which was already one of the better campaigns in Splatoon, the way Small Fry was used, the lore of Alterna, some of the best boss fights in the series and that final hour of the game!

2: A friend on a Discord server offered to do people’s OC’s as Inklings in Gmod and I offered my sona. I did so at first thinking it could be fun to see as a what if. But then I actually saw what Inkling Michael looked like and I thought to myself “Okay yeah, THIS looks really dam good! I actually kinda want to do some stuff with them now!” And now I have! Them dressed in Agent 8’s outfit from Splatoon 2’s Octo Expansion since my self insert is into latex no matter what universe they may be! Gotta have some consistency right?

Do I have any lore for this version of my sona? A little though I haven’t really given it a whole lot of thought. They are an Inkling who comes a far-off land known an Splatstralia (yeah that’s really the best I could come up with), lives in Splatsvile for now, is a Deep Cut fan, sometime does Salmon Run but prefers doing other odd jobs, his fav weapon to use is the N-Zap as that is my main in Splatoon when I DO play it online and has way to much time on his hands for a 26 year old Squid. Yes people, he’s the same age as my main sona! I have to say this because people genuinely seem to believe adult characters can’t exist in Splatoon for some reason! Yes there’s the whole “You’re a kid now, you’re a squid now” thing but not every character, Cannon or OC, is a child! Mine’s not! He is man! Though like me he’s not the manliest man in the world lol. “Is he with Shantae in this universe!?” I don’t know, maybe. If I ever do use this version more I’ll think about it.
