Our Discord drop is here! Because what is a schedule?

 A few things now that it is:

You can have two extra face reserves and one extra subplot reserve after joining. However, please send these to the askbox still so we can keep track of them! This gives you a total of five face reserves and two subplot reserves if you post an intro + join the Discord. 

Please change your nickname in the server to the alias you plan to use on-site. 

You are now welcome to ask lore questions etc. in Discord. We have an ask-staff channel as well as ticket creation for more sensitive subjects, or if you just want to keep the questions private. We both want to stay on the same page for lore questions and member issues, so please utilize these channels now that Discord is here for lore etc. purposes (unless you’re already discussing something with us in DMs)! You can also still use our askbox to stay anonymous. 

You can also use ask-staff to point out any bugs in the Discord to us! Please note that we do have venting, NSFW, etc. channels, so no need to suggest them—they’re just locked to members for privacy.

typing this out a little more formally but essentially this is a request for 5 half-siblings of various ages and species for evie graves. old daddy rex graves was a prolific criminal based out of las vegas, known for being smart but particularly ruthless. he never married but kept a slew of girlfriends, mistresses, etc. around so none of the siblings have to be full siblings, though they could be. also open completely on species as long as they could have been conceived with one human parent or were later turned/changed. (they also don’t need to use the family name at all if they go by a maternal or other surname.)

rex wasn’t a great father and treated his progeny as both collateral and as tools that he could easily use. he had a varying influence on all of them but basically dragged them all into his shit and encouraged (read: withheld financial support, possibly threatened) them to pursue a variety of vocations that would be useful to him (could be anything from a professional thief to an accountant adept at hiding loads of cash or anything you can dream of.) 

whether they’ve kept these since he died five years ago, totally up to you. it’s entirely possible they kept his criminal operations going as a group, or it all dissolved and they’re not touching it, or some of them are still involved and others aren’t. regardless, they’ve all found their way to volos for maybe a variety of reasons—evie likes the cash she can make—or we could have them all deciding to move their operation for some reason or another.

they’re really just a bunch of assholes who hate each other outwardly, but grew up with a “family before everything” vibe that has translated into something more like “you stabbed my sibling? only I get to do that. i’ve put up with them for 20 years for the privilege of destroying them.” they might love each other deep, deep down, but it’s not manifested in hugs and kisses by any means. (evie will bail them out of trouble and then tell them they’re fucking idiots; that’s her love language.) but we can definitely play with the dynamic !! idk just grab one of these trash babies and hit me up on discord at teebird#0825 if you wanna chat and iron things out with me ✨
