Shakes Tali oh so hard. Smth smth just desperately wanting to not have to be strong and to have someone take care of you and hold you but being so ashamed of wanting that and so ashamed of being in pain. Smth smth looking into the face of death and forcing yourself to dig out your own grave because at this point it feels easier to make peace with dying than to make peace with living. Smth smth sitting in a room with the people you love and realizing they love you and feeling so sick that you almost throw up

#rat rambles #eternal gales #shakes. having a tali moment rn #I have plans for her and I am so excited to get to fully flesh them out overtime #heres a tid bit of what I have planned tho: I plan on giving her a wheelchair late story!#but yeah I adore tali so so soooo much shes easily one of my favorite eg characters #she and aris haunt me constantly and thats even before getting into their relationship with eachother #aris and tali are soooo fascinating to explore just like in general #one of my favorite things with them is a sort of underlying bitterness that begins to form as tali gets to know aris more #tali never starts disliking aris because of it and she tried to ignore it but it's still there #it mostly strengthens as tali hears aris talk abt their grandpa and gets to see aris' collection of healthy coping skills #just the feeling of getting jumpscared by someone who you thought was much closer to you mentally then you are #while they share a decent amount of struggles tali is hit kinda hard by the realization that aris just. hasnt dealt with what she has.#its always been extremely uncomfortable to tali to truly acknowledge how fucked up her life has been #she wants to think she isnt as effected by everything anymore but thats just her forcing herself to not think abt it #because the second she does she falls apart basically immediately #which makes sense given that again her life has been fucked. and also shes like 15.
