         Cue one confused cat with a moogle on his head. Oh great. And he didn’t even walk through the weakened wards to confront the damn moogles for their… Restrained thrashing.

         “So, not that I have any qualms about getting your undivided attention… Why are you on my head?”

   “It is a symbol of my kind, a veil in its own nature– why do you wear a hat?”

The moogle twirls joyfully in the air, “Do you want to hear a song I just learned, kupo?” Shaggysong takes out her small harp, giving it a single strum to test the sound, before breaking out into song:

“Huh? Who said that?” Sanson jumped in surprise and spun around quickly, only to come face to face with the adorably furry creature. “Oh. A Moogle? Hello there. I am Serpent Captain, Sanson Smyth.” He informed the Moogle with a stiff Serpent salute. “What may I call you, friend?”

“A boy!” The moogle looks at Alphinaud with surprise. “Do you want to hear a song, kupo?” She doesn’t wait for an answer, and starts strumming away close to Alphinaud’s head. “Yo, I’ll tell you what I want, what I really really want~”

Alphinaud flinched away from the sudden sound, finding the music unpleasant and borish. 

“Must you play it so close to my ears?”

"Are you a girl or a boy, kupo?" The moogle asks, placing a tiny paw under her fuzzy chin. She honestly couldn't tell...

“.......... Boy.” Alphinaud deadpans, already activating his linkshell to call for aid. There shall be no moogling around today.
