Aaaaaaaaaaand the first batch of polls has just now opened! The polls will not show up in the main sfth tag, so if you want to vote, go to my blog or check the "sfth battle royale" tag! Tomorrow's polls will open around the same time as today's polls, so if you want to stay on top of the voting, make sure to follow this blog/the event's tag.

Rules and organisational stuff:

Hiii and welcome! I came up with the idea to make a SFTH longforms characters' battle royale to determine the absolute best characters! Some rules and organisational stuff:

1. The first phase will determine the best character of each of the boys- best AJ character, best Sam character, etc. The way this will work is I will first do polls concerning AJ (cause I am a huge AJ simp and I think his characters are underrated lmao), 3 polls each day, to determine his best character in play#1, play#2, play#3, the next day it will be play #4, #5, play#6, and so on and so forth. If AJ played just one character in the entire longform, then obvs no poll for that specific longform. After all publicly available longforms are done, we will do a bracket poll where each best AJ character from one longform will battle another best AJ character from another longform, until we have the winner in the AJ category. After that, I will do that again, but with Sam's characters, Tom's characters and Luke's characters.

2. Once we have all four winners from each of the boys, we do the ultimate final grand huge exciting bracket poll to see who is the best character out of all the longforms.

3. Since I expect the poll to run a long time and SFTH releases longforms publicly every ~2 weeks, I will only take longforms 1-48 into consideration (only those since as of this day, there are 48 longforms available on yt and also, I will not be taking patreon plays because not everyone has access to that).

4. I think I will make each poll last ~3 days to make sure as many people as possible can vote.

5. I might start the polls tomorrow or today, we will see.

UPDATE:

1. I think 3 polls a day might be too little cause it will take quite a long time to move on from AJ to Sam to Luke to Tom, so I will do 5 polls a day, 48:5= ~9 +3 days for the last AJ polls to end (more or less, because in some longforms he plays just one character and so they are automatically moved to the final AJ bracket fight).

2. I realize this might cause spam in the main sfth tag, so the polls themselves will not appear in the main sfth tag- they will have their own "sfth battle royale" tag, so if you want to vote, make sure to follow this tag, follow this blog and check daily for new polls. Every 10 polls I will make an update that will appear in the general sfth tag as to which characters make it to the final AJ bracket, final Sam bracket, etc.

Update from polls 15-20 AND BONUS POLL!

No, seriously, this is the first time I am actually disappointed because I really wanted Javier's cat to win in play#24 so I could have a pussy fight in the bracket phase of the battle royale (cause it looks like Comptroller's cat will win play #36). Since today I only released 3 polls to close up the AJ lineup, I decided to give you guys one additional poll, Javier's cat vs Comptroller's cat. It won't count towards anything, but it's really important to me, so pls vote haha

Today the last batch of AJ polls dropped, and you can vote in polls 20-25 till tomorrow 12pm gmt+1, polls 25-30 close on Wednesday and today's polls 30-33 close on Thursday. On Thursday I will release the full list of AJ characters that make it to the bracket phase, but I won't tell you which character will fight which cause I need time to figure out the best (read: most difficult) possible combinations for the battle royale.

Update from polls 1-5!!!

Polls 1-5 just ended and I bring you the results!

Also, going back to the update on polls 1-5, there are two longforms I didn't include in the first batch, cause AJ played just one character in both of them, so these two automatically make it to the final AJ bracket:

There were two big surprises for me- first, I absolutely did not expect Fainting French Woman to win, but hey! That's democracy for ya! Second surprise was the sheer amount of people who actually took part in the voting! I was happy when I saw that 20 people voted because I did not expect to even reach that many, but you guys just kept voting and voting and voting and poll 1 ended with over 115 people voting!!! Absolutely insane and it makes me so happy that so many people decided to participate! If you missed the fun the first time around, do not worry: polls 5-10 are still open till tomorrow, polls 15-20 will close on Sunday and I just dropped polls 15-20, so check out my blog for the polls or check the "sfth battle royale" tag for daily polls! They drop at 12 pm GMT+1 every day. I also created a backlog of AJ polls and now I know that the last batch of AJ polls will drop on Monday 24th of March, so on Tuesday 25th we will have a change of scenery and do Sam polls! I know I said in the first announcement post we will do an AJ bracket fight right away, but I decided that to keep things fresh for myself and for you guys, we will move on to Sam and then Tom and Luke. This also means I have a lot of time to figure out the best combinations for the bracket fights, read: the most evil and unholy polls to make you guys froth at your mouths and pull out your pitchforks at me, cause
