Getting To Know You

I'm adding a disclaimer that this is more like getting to know me as of today 28/08/23 cause I'm a fickle, indecisive bitch.

Animal - Sloths, specifically baby ones. They're so cute.

Movie - Movies are always so hard for me because I can never think of any that has made a lasting impact on me emotionally. But I love watching Grease, so I guess that's my movie for today.

Character - Patrick Brewer, duh.

Season - Spring. Summer very close second.

Colour - I love colours. That sounds weird I know but I love playing with colours, matching colours, mixing colours etc. But for today this coral-y colour is my favourite and similar to the tones I like to paint my nails.

Hobby - Is eating a hobby?

Book - Also a very hard one for me but for the opposite reason from movies. I read this book at the beginning of the year, and I'm telling you when I say I cried.......my eyes were so swollen after reading this.

Song - Tiff Song is my fav from SFABC and I really hope he plays it at the show I'm going to.

Drink - Dirty Martini extra olives 🍸

Oh, this is such a hard question! Can I answer one for each album (even that might be impossible)? 'Cause that's what I'm gonna do.

SFABC- I keep changing my answer to this, but I'm going to go with Runaway for now but um, whichever song is currently playing is usually my favorite 😁 I just really love this album.

Gemini- ugh, this isn't much easier... I think it depends on my mood from day to day! I'm gonna go with American Roads because I love driving and it's such a good road trip song (or just driving to Target or whatever!)

Adjustments - Rivers Underground

(For a more statistically accurate answer: according to spotify my top Noah Reid track is American Roads, second is False Alarms, which I almost said for SFABC, and third is Got you, which also tracks. For this month it's Mostly to Yourself.)

1. I have been in the worst reading slump lately. I read a lot of books last year and this year has been a struggle. The last 4-6 month have been particularly tough. I think the last thing I read was I Kissed Shara Wheeler.

2. If that’s the definition we’re using of binging, the The Big Brunch. I haven’t watched the newest ones but I did binge all of the first three in one night.

3. I like chocolate with all kinds of shit in it. Like put in all the candy, cookie pieces, peanut butter, marshmallows, etc. it’s the best.

4. Autumn!

5. This is so hard! I think as a whole album, Songs from a Broken Chair is my favorite but my favorite songs is probably Left Behind. I think SFABC is the most cohesive album but I love Gemini and Adjustments too. I don’t think anyone will be surprised if I say my favorite TV role is Patrick lol. As far as fashion look, that blue striped cardigan from that article in the spring, I think it was Todd Snyder? That was a look. And curls, of course.

6. Tea! I think my body is like 70% at all times.

7. I have well over 100 Spotify playlists—I make them for fics, for certain moods, for other people. It’s hard to say what I listen to most though!

It really pains me to say but I would rather he never made new music again. I don't think anything will ever beat sfabc so I'll just listen to that forever. I miss seeing him on TV though. It seems so so long since we've seen anything new.

Oh this is hard. How can you choose? I love everything! I think What's Love Got To Do With It was pretty special. And I love the energy when he plays Everything's Fine. Simply the Best, even though It wasn't really one I was bothered about seeing, I got so emotional. What else? Probably False Alarms and American Roads?
