Another #FLASHBACKFRIDAY #shoutout to my #5lapsto5K and #RunClub ladies!!! Miss this group SO MUCH! Every single one of these amazing ladies went from not being a runner AT ALL, to running their first #5K here at the Moon Valley Park #Grasshopper5K WITHOUT STOPPING!!! I was one VERY proud #coach and still am! Many of these gorgeous gals went on to run #10K's and #halfmarathon's and #marathon's!!! Amazing! We always had THE BEST TIME!
