Ough after several weeks I have finally managed to sleep through the night properly!

I had to go through a handful of extremely slow and boring dreams to do it but I feel vaguely like I've gotten over a massive hurdle now that I've woken up at a time long preceding noon.

#personal ramblings #i may make some posts about my dreams if anyone is interested #and just to remind myself of them in the meantime #the dreams included a playthrough of an odd doom wad about a family moving to a low budget house in the middle of the woods #a slow ant colony esque simulation of an apartment building during an apocalypse narrated by a man standing on the roof #several different instances of me trying to find a convenience store selling spicy chips and chocolate milk at non ludicrous prices
