did this for my firbolg bg3 durge, Taune! (and added an ingame pic for those who have not seen her <3)

Taune: patron saint of relics

patron saint of remembering. patron saint of holding something close. patron saint of holding on for too long. for a saint, a relic is often a part of the body, kept for some physical memento of their holiness. they are all in your hands, now: does it feel like remembrance? does it feel sanctified? are the dust and blood as precious as they're supposed to be?

#this definitely tracks for taune #at all points of the timeline she is ruled by memories and visions #her brain and body are only tools for what she was created to do #self inflicted scarring and disfigurement - things on her body are broken and dislocated #partial loss of hearing also self inflicted. as the slayer form is an entirely different form granted by bhaal the physical exp is differen #sacrifices and rituals are a primary element in her life #there is something inside of taune that holds something vitriolic against bhaal but then there is duty #setting an example to bhaalists- being His chosen and having been created in his image and the consistent reminder of this just by existing #and simply having these urges and being the haunted one. it feels fated no matter how much she does not like it #and for not liking what she has been made to be there is nothing that feels more gratifying than ritualistic killing
