“Rey” sat on the crate on the base as the party raged on around her, everyone too excited by the defeat of the Emperor to notice how odd the scavenger was acting. Too drunk to notice that the scavenger was not even the scavenger anymore. Rey wasn’t dead, she was comatose, tucked away in the back of her own mind whilst the Sith spirit walked about in her skin and enacted her plans. Nobody would ever see a difference, other than perhaps in behaviour.

It had been too easy, the girl had been so exhausted by defeating the Emperor that she had sunk into her own subconscious, a coma. Giving the spirit the perfect opportunity to take the scavenger’s body for her own. The spirit didn’t know what would happen when the girl came back around, she might have limited time. She flipped furiously through the journals Skywalker had left, looking for any hint of what she sought.
