rin cried when she overheard him. she came and clung to her tattered school uniform and sputtered snot across her knees, begging her not to go, to become happy; to stay with them forever and become a family. at first, that idea had disturbed her. everything about this world frightened her, especially sesshomaru. kaname finally turned to look at him, unable to fight the fresh tears that welled in her eyes. tentatively, gently, she folded the photo and placed it back inside of her undershirt; close to her heart.
