वे कोलकाता में स्थित एक चाय निर्माण कंपनी हैं।

उनके पास असम और उत्तर बंगाल में चाय के बागान हैं। साथ ही, उनके पास उत्तर बंगाल में उनके एक बागान में एक हेरिटेज बंगला है, जहाँ वे चाय पर्यटन करते हैं।

अब इस पर्यटन, बंगला के लिए, उन्हें निम्नलिखित जनशक्ति की आवश्यकता होगी:

पद: एफ एंड बी स्टाफ

• आवश्यकता है: 2 एफ एंड बी सर्विस हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ आवश्यकता है।

• मुआवजा: मासिक वेतन 7 हजार से 10 हजार रुपये (अनुभव और क्षमता के अनुसार) होगा।

• नौकरी का स्थान बारादिघी जलपाईगुड़ी उत्तर बंगाल है।

• आवास और भोजन कंपनी द्वारा प्रदान किया जाएगा।

पद: कैप्टन

• आवश्यकता है: 1 कैप्टन।

• मुआवजा: मासिक वेतन 10 हजार से 15 हजार रुपये (अनुभव और क्षमता के अनुसार) होगा।

• नौकरी का स्थान बारादिघी जलपाईगुड़ी उत्तर बंगाल है।

• आवास और भोजन कंपनी द्वारा प्रदान किया जाएगा।

• ड्यूटी घंटे: कंपनी के मानदंडों के अनुसार सभी कर्मचारियों के लिए 9 से 10 घंटे की कार्य नीति।

• हालांकि, व्यस्त दिनों के दौरान ज्यादातर समय एफ एंड बी में, कर्मचारियों को मेहमानों के लिए विषम समय में भी उपलब्ध रहना पड़ता है, जिसके बारे में होटल प्रबंधन पृष्ठभूमि वाले एफ एंड बी कर्मचारी जानते हैं।

भर्ती की प्रकृति:

• उपर्युक्त पद संविदात्मक प्रकृति के होंगे।

• कार्य-निष्पादन मूल्यांकन के बाद ही अनुबंध का नवीनीकरण किया जाएगा।

• फिलहाल कंपनी पीएफ, ईएसआईसी, ग्रेच्युटी की सुविधा नहीं दे रही है।

• कंपनी द्वारा किराए पर मुफ्त आवास और भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

• चिकित्सा सुविधा केवल गार्डन स्तर पर प्रदान की जाएगी।

• उम्मीदवार एक वित्तीय वर्ष में केवल 15 दिनों के वार्षिक अवकाश के लिए पात्र होंगे। यदि कोई छुट्टी बिना छुट्टी शेष के या कंपनी को किसी पूर्व सूचना के ली जाती है, तो इसे "वेतन रहित अवकाश" माना जाएगा और वेतन तदनुसार समायोजित किया जाएगा।

• उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित क्षेत्र में कम से कम 1-2 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

• स्नातकों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

• तत्काल जॉइन करने वालों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

Now the company needs some staffs as:

They are a tea manufacturing company based at Kolkata.

They are having tea gardens in Assam and North Bengal. Also, they are having one heritage Bunglow in one of their gardens in North Bengal, where they do tea tourism.

Now for this tourism, Bangalore, they will require the following Manpower:

Post: F & B Staff

Number of requirement is: 2 F & B Service housekeeping staffs.

Compensation: Monthly in hand salary will be from Rs. 7 thousand to 10 thousands (as per experienced and caliber).

Job location is Baradighi Jalpaiguri North Bengal.

Accommodation and food will be provided by the company.

Post: Captain

Number of requirement is: 1 captain.

Compensation: Monthly in hand salary will be from Rs. 10 thousand to 15 thousands (as per experienced and caliber).

Job location is Baradighi Jalpaiguri North Bengal.

Accommodation and food will be provided by the company.

Duty hours: 9 to 10 hours working policy for all staff as per company norms.

However, in F&B most of the times during busy days, the staff has to be available even at odd hours for the guests, which hotel management background F n B staffs are aware off.

Nature of recruitment:

The above mentioned positions will be Contractual in nature.

Contract will be renewed only after performance appraisal.

For the time being company are not giving PF, ESIC, Gratuity facilities.

Rent free accommodation & food will be provided by the company.

Medical Facility will be provided at the Garden level only.

Candidate will be eligible for��15 days of Annual Leave only in One Financial Year. If any leave is taken without the leave balance or without any prior intimation to the company, then it would be treated as “Leave without Pay” & salary will get adjusted accordingly.

Candidates need to have minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field.

Graduates preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.
