since i mentioned him here he is from a couple months ago

versus the first drawing i ever did of him [almost exactly a year ago] that i made exclusively for a phone background

bonus; unfinished sketch from ages ago where i was looking at a screenshot

the beginnings of my screenshot adventures lol. tho this one had the screenshot off to the side and i was copying it, not drawing directly over it

bonus bonus; the hand reference i made for when i drew him smoking, as well as a 2-minute reference for when i wanted to draw him and/or DiMA

can you tell i used to do undertale fanart back in the day.

anyway yeah i can draw this bastard from memory flawlessly now. i cant remember the last time i looked at a reference for him. also that first drawing of him was monumental cause it was the first time drawing this list of things and having them look good:

a dress shoe

a head tilted slightly up

a hat of any kind other than beanie

someone with no hair

a trench coat

a 3d [perspective] background

someone with wrinkles

it was also;

the first time i had drawn someone in 3/4ths since 9th grade and had it LOOK GOOD

needless to say i owe him my life when it comes to doing anything other than paintings
