he's always a side character in fics cuz theres only two characters his age one of whom he hasn't spoke to and barely appears and the other of whom literally appears like once to give him a bit of angst and doesn't have any character outside that, and if a character doesn't have any ships, itll be. hard to find good fics centered around them

20. Which other character is the ideal best friend for this character, the amount of screentime they share doesn't matter?

koyomi. they haven't interacted at all, but koyomi is his age (and he deserves a friend his age oh my god) plus she seems to have a similar level of teenage sass. let rekis actual lil sis and pretty much lil bro be besties.
